She offered plenty of suggestions that would keep my children healthy. Examples- what is on food labels that is bad, what to look for that is good, etc. I drove an hour to see her & will continue to do so. I will say she was very quick with her appointment, but I am not complaining at all. She's been doing these wellness visits for a long time & knows what's normal vs what's abnormal. She seemed like just more of a fast-paced person- my husband and I didn't take it personally & didn't feel rushed at all. We got a ton of great quality information in a short time. Also, the office staff was awesome. I spoke to them a few times on the phone prior to the visit & the staff was so nice when I was there in person today. If you're looking for a doctor that is looking to help keep your kids healthy & looking for alternative medicines other than *only using western medicine (or a combo of western + natural) Dr. Caso might be a really good fit for you. 5/5.

I want more wholistic care for my baby. I came with a lot of questions as we are going through some health needs with her and I have had concerns about the conventional treatments. Dr. Caso wouldn't let me finish a sentence! She decided she knew what I was going to say before I said it and wasted our appointment telling me everything I already knew and never addressing the things I didn't know. Dr. Caso has an alternate vaccine schedule but was completely unwilling to talk about why. When asked specific questions she "didn't have time to discuss conspiracy theories" but neither was she willing to discuss her concerns and what she is seeing that causes her to believe an alternate plan is necessary, or how the one that she follows is better and solves the perceived issue. I would like to know why she is doing what she is doing. Show me that your way is better! What articles can I read that educate me on your point of view? What information is out there that gives me confidence that this is best? I expect scientific information and a doctor that has come up with her own plan better have a good reason and should be ready to discuss it. I don't need a conclusion, I need the science that is behind her method. I think that is a reasonable request. She was also very rough with my daughter. She grabbed her and started poking around her privates without ever looking at her, speaking to her, making her feel safe. It was very aggressive and uncalled for. An exam was necessary, that treatment was not! She man handled my daughter and is the first person my baby ever cried for! I also do not appreciate that the scale is in the hallway and I had to carry my daughter naked in front of 3 teenage boys and a full waiting room. Not acceptable. She may be a baby but she is a person and deserves some dignity. The whole experience was very negative. I nursed her in the car because I could not get out of that office fast enough. I will go back to my conventional doctor that cares about my daughter, is kind to her, and treats her with dignity and respect. She will take the time to answer my questions the best she can and I will keep doing my own research. So very disappointed.

When you go you are forced to choose one of the six doctors for your child and after that when you call you always need to choose their name from the phone prompts. The problem with that is a lot of times you cannot get in contact with someone on that doctors team and you may need to call multiple times until your can speak with anyone as their phone lines are always busy and you are stuck in phone tree hell. Sometimes if your child's doctor is not available they might be able to squeeze you in with whomever is there. If that happens make sure you know any medical history issues as not every doctor there is chatty or likes to be bothered with these last minute appointments and they are not afraid to show a little attitude about it. The doctor they see is really nice guy and is very easy to talk to. His big problem is that he is super conservative with his prescription dose and usually you will have to make two sick visits to cure any problems because he is always "afraid" to write a prescription for too strong of a dose. So every time one gets sick, it's double the office visit co-pay and double the prescription co-pay. He also likes to write prescriptions for drugs with no generic equivalent. (And the office never has samples. I've asked multiple times.) ABC is a big LVHN corporate practice that is good because they have access to the network's resources but like any other large corporate entity do not expect to feel like anything other than a number and usually you will be processed thru the office very impersonally and you might want to consider a smaller practice if that's not a trade-off you want to make.

My daughter loves seeing him. He spends time to get to know your child and respond to your questions (and I always have many). If he is not available for a last minute sick visit, I have never had a problem seeing another doctor on the same day I call. I have never had the experience of being "bounced around" to different doctors as other reviews state. I don't believe that is the issue at this office.

The best story I have about this Pediatrician is that they literally saved my life. When I was 2 years old, I wasn't feeling good and I saw the doctor on call Dr. Souder. He realized something was wrong and he recommended I go to the hospital immediately. It turns out I had bacteremia which was something Dr. Souder was researching at the time. If he hadn't noticed this there is a good chance I would not be here and for that I am very grateful. Some more praise I have for this Pediatrician is that they have the sick check in and the well check in sections split and then other is I visited in June 2019, nearly 6 years after the last time I regularly attended here and they were very helpful in locating and sending my vaccination records to the college I was transferring to that needed them. Pennridge Pediatrics is an awesome practice, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a Pediatrician!

I arrived at 9:10 I was told walk in's were done and they said that I needed to register on line My daughter said everything was updated but this receptionist said no. I was also told they don't consider a fever unless it's at 101.3. That is not her choice to make. We are now at 9:20 I paid the co pay and was told to move so they could now register regular patients. Now I have to wait. My daughter called and Irene is now arguing with my daughter so the reception area heard the conversation. I opened the glass and asked her to keep her voice down. All of this because my daughter asked me to do her a favor.

I have never in my life had such a traumatic experience in a doctors office because the PA "knows what's best for my kid" after 5 minutes- complete disregard for human decency, bed side manner, other people's feelings and thoughts. You think if you have a teen in your office who says sometimes they're sad and have low self esteem that that's a mental disorder that disqualifies a person from being eligible to drive, well that's what this office believes in - ripping away hopes and dreams because "working in a doctors office makes you a better person than a normal person and because they say so." In what world does a PA become so unprofessional that a well visit ends with 4 people yelling in an exam room? This PA just walks out of the exam room, doesn't even finish, didn't call asthma medicines in, left 2 crying kids and a pissed off parent, throws her hands up in the air and says oh well your kid has to learn the hard way that they don't always get what they want...are you kidding me???! Who do these people think they are, gods gift to earth? They have the nerve to be so unprofessional, rude and hurtful. I am beside myself at the way this office is represented. You know life lesson my 16 year old just learned the hard way is that if you check the "sometimes I'm sad" box you're going to be made to feel bad about yourself and have the most major milestone in your life stripped away from you because some stranger said so...you think she'll ever be honest again with a doctor, nope first thing she said when we left was "Mommy I should've lied" What makes this even worse is that this PA didn't even take 1 second to ask her what are the things that make her sad if she did for even 1 second she would've heard low self esteem, feeling down because she struggles with her grades and that she doesn't like last minute plan changes - but she didn't. This PA went right to she's going to have a panic attack, hyperventilate and drive off the road, she doesn't have a diagnosis yet, but she could. What!!? That's never happened once in her life, you don't even know my kid, you didn't even talk to her, you disregarded anything she had to say like she was worthless - this is going to be a very helpful experience for her already low self esteem. Why is a PA after 5 minutes of knowing someone allowed to take away the rights, privileges and life experiences of another person without any regard, care or concern for the thoughts and opinions of her parents who are with her every single day and are in absolute shock and disbelief of this PA's personal opinion. Where is a real doctor...

It's hard to find a doctor that you really and truly feel comfortable sharing medical history and information with. I had gone to Blue Bell Family Practice for a severe illness and had been misdiagnosed to the point that I had to be hospitialized over New Years two years ago. I should've known the Dr. wasn't "all there" when she showed up in a two-sizes two small track suit, chewing gum and not being able to ask me questions about what was truly ailing me. Yikes! A friend of mine suggested LMG Family Practice, specifically because their office is on the corner of 73 and 202 in Blue Bell - a 2 minute drive away. I got an appointment with Dr. Charles Kish - within minutes, I was hooked. Dr. Kish treats me like I'm an individual, he looks over everything, he's thorough and when I bring something up that needs attention, he never looks at me like I'm wasting his time or that I'm crazy. Recently I was diagnosed with arthritis at age 34 - he never said "Oh you are crazy, you are too young," especially as I have other underlying factors that pushed the arthritis. The front desk staff is also truly great. Robin (Office Manager) and Sarah (RN) are always helpful and get me in when I need to be seen. If ever I have a question, they are quick to call back, get information or get me referrals. I have truly found an office that cares. Thank you LMG!
