This was a horrible experience. I had a dress I brought in that needed to be tailored tighter around the chest area. I tried it on and Won fitted it to me and it felt great with the pins she put in place. She then told me it would be ready in 2 weeks and she would call me on Tuesday (9/24) to grab it. This worked perfectly because I was moving to a different state that Thursday (9/26) and needed the dress for an event that Saturday (9/28). This is where it goes downhill. I never got a call that it was ready on Tuesday so I called and was told that they "could not find my dress" and that I was "calling the wrong store". After about 10 minutes of convincing them that this was the store I brought it to they finally found it and told me to pick it up the next day. I go to pick it up and was in a rush so I did not have time to try on the dress before paying and leaving (SUCH a mistake). I finally try on the dress after my out-of-state move and it feels exactly how it felt before the "alterations"....still way too large in the chest area. It truly does not feel like anything was done to the dress at all. I can't even bring it back since I moved but a lot of lessons were learned from this experience.....find someone else to tailor your clothing. read more

I had my pants tailored here. Went in to a very clean and roomy environment. The tailor came and measured my pants, and recommended me some ways to hem my pants, apparently there's more of an art to it. The total price wasnt out of the norm and since this is a convenient location, I decided to go with it. A week later, the pants were exactly as described. Thank you! read more

A+. I have a lot of choices for getting my clothes altered. I am overweight and have a somewhat unusual body shape. The people at Quality alterations are fantastic! You are greeted immediately, and they take the time to ask the right questions before any work is started. I have been using this shop for about 20 years. I have never had a problem with their work. And in addition to this, they will often suggest different types of alterations based on the current styles of men's clothing. You will not find this in the back room of a large discount men's clothing warehouse! Prices are quite reasonable, with usually a one week wait on the work to be done. The delay speaks to how busy they continually are; and I want to work with a company that is always busy. I brought in the dress I was going to wear for my daughters wedding to have it taken in just a bit. Won pointed out the back where a section poofed out. It was made wrong where the end of the zipper was. I just thought it needed to be pressed. There wasn't time to find a new dress, and it was too late to return it, but Won was able to take out the old zipper and put a shorter one in. She saved my sanity, as it had taken me forever to find the perfect dress. read more

Been in business for 27 years and the quality of work and customer service explain why. Owner really cared about the timing of when I needed my altercations and made it a priority given my circumstance. My wife has been coming here for a couple years and she said Quality Alterations are the best. Added bonus - as a guy I don't always have the best sense of fashion...she provided my options and then suggested the trendier fashion style based on my comments. Totally recommend.
