I was the MOH and NEEDED this dress so literally had to be sown into the dress. There was still space in the dress so it's not like I just didn't have room and was forcing the zipper. When I first arrived I was greeted by what I assume is the owner. She was professional and prompt. Asked what I needed, got me into my suit and measured in a matter of minutes which I appreciated. I needed to have my suit pants and jacket sleeves hemmed. I dropped off on a Monday and needed the following Thursday (so about 10 days). I felt this was an ample amount of time but again, my first experience so I wasn't sure. The lady seemed to give the impression this was a quick turn but told me she could do it. The cost was $70 which I honesty don't know is good or bad. It didn't really matter to me, what was important was getting it done. I showed up Thursday only to learn my suit wasn't complete. This was a huge disappointment. Thankfully I planned ahead and told her Thursday knowing I wouldn't need it until Friday evening. She promised me it would be done Friday morning and when I returned the next day it was done. It looks great. My advice would be to always give yourself a day or two extra and just live with the expectation they will not get it done in time. Don't set yourself up for disaster.
