I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

My husband's transmission went out and sadly we took it to them. The day we picked it up it started having converter shudder. We live super far away and needed his truck, so we couldn't take it back in for warranty work for like 9 months. We took it back to them so they can fix the issue under warranty, and they treated us like absolute idiots. He was trying to blame the issue on us, saying it's just harmonics, saying it's electronic, etc. He was doing anything to not take responsibility for a crappy job. We were very nice and understanding, but we were treated like scum. I took the owner Jerry for a drive in the truck because he didn't want to take the time to diagnose it and he said he had never heard that noise before. The truck sat there for 12 days without even being looked at and they lied to us about it being worked on. We finally go pick it up after hours because they claimed the converter was replaced, that was a lie. Not only was the original paperwork gone (how convenient), but the new paperwork was nowhere to be found and the truck was not worked on. It's the exact same. It literally was not even touched. I confronted him over text after we picked up the truck, and the owner was incredible rude and defensive. Oh and let's also not forget how Jerry told me that numerous vehicles were towed off of HIS lot because the fire marshal came out and he was in violation (and he was not paying to have them released because it wasn't his fault lol) Bottom line, do not take your vehicles here. When you pay for a service, especially thousands of dollars, you expect the job to be done correctly! Do not give your money to these disgusting con artists.
