It came across more like they were taking advantage of the situation rather than being transparent and fair. I'm all for paying for quality work, but there's a difference between fair pricing and inflating costs because you can. I'd recommend getting a second opinion before committing here. I found this shop because my 2016 Nissan Maxima needed new tires so I went to Costco and bought tires but Costco doesn't offer wheel alignments so they recommended a shop for the service. Zenith Auto Care is a part of the Costco Auto Program so Costco members receive 15% off services or parts at this shop. I called to schedule the wheel alignment appointment and they were able to fit me in later that day. I really appreciated this! Also, I called around to other auto shops and Zenith had the best price for the wheel alignment before the Costco discount. This is an honest auto shop with good prices, service, and they include service warranties. Thank you Zenith Auto Care! I will return for another service!

They seemed happy to use the oil and filters I bought and damn if they weren't done exactly to the minute off when they said they'd be, which was very important as I had a deadline I was trying to meet with an auction house pickup. Great service at a great price, done on time, zero issues or complaints, makes this shop an easy recommendation.
