Went in for an oil change, the kid there convinced me to replace the air coolant. I agreed, went home and didn't use my car until the next morning. I noticed that my driveway had a huge leak. Took it back to them, their supervisor stated that it was the water pump. Took it into the dealership, they confirmed it was a tear in one of the hoses that carry the coolant. I made take 5 aware hoping that they would do the right thing and pay for the replacement. Instead the supervisor was rude and pretty much blew me off and and accused me of being a liar. Went for oil change because I couldn't remember the last time I had it done. I didn't get his name but he was the on duty manager. I left in disbelief because he checked the oil level and told be the oil was really clear and did not need changing. He recommended that I put on several thousand more miles and then bring it back. I was so surprised that he didn't try to up-sale me, not charging for anything and even refused a tip. I appreciate the honesty and give this business the highest recommendation I can give. I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Fatimah. Despite being a loyal customer for three years, she refused to provide me with information about my last oil change stating, I can't give you that information." A week prior I had recently checked my oil at Take 5, and they informed me the oil was clear. Fatimah insisted that I needed an oil change which seemed unnecessary. She stated, "You need to change your oil." "It's due now." I've even questioned my break fluid, and she simply said it was good and that everything was topped off. The oil change took literally 8 minutes which makes me question if they really did one. Not to mention they didn't even reset the system after the oil change was completed. Two days later my tire lights went off. I took it back to Take 5 and associate said it was lower then 32 psi. How is that possible when Fatimah and her crew was supposed to check my tire pressure as well ? I'm concerned about the competence of the staff and hope that management will take steps to improve their training. I was looking for a place to get an oil change for my aunty's van because she was kind enough to loan me her vehicle during my work visit in the area and found this place. The excellent ratings do live up. The employees here seem to have fun and enjoy their job very much. Matt had an amazing attitude and excellent customer service. I usually get my car serviced at the dealership so I want to say the value of what I paid for by changing the cabin and engine filter, oil change, topped off all the fluids, air in my tires, wiper blades changed and windshield cleaned all for under $200. They do a thorough check which is great. They showed what the old cabin filter looked like and the new filter they were replacing with. They don't ever try to sell you their products or feel obligated to replace anything on your vehicle. Keep up the amazing work Take 5. I came to get my oil changed here as I have done so before (about a year ago) and had a great experience. This time was far from that. I pulled in and they began to start working on my car. There were two younger ladies that seemed to have absolutely no idea what was going on. I stepped out of my car, as it was getting hot and I'm 6 months pregnant, and waited outside. A few moments later one of the girls comes up to me saying, "unfortunately we won't be able to your oil change because we can't anymore." I proceeded to state they I have had it done here before. She looked baffled and said, "Here? At this location?" I said, "Yes you guys even pulled up my account." She walks back to the other girl and she comes up and states, "Yeah we can don't your oil change because we have a list of cars that we aren't allowed to service anymore and your car is on there. Also it's so weird, but we think you're like leaking coolant or something." Wow! Very description and so helpful! I went to get in my car and before I was leaving, one of the girls then says, "Yeah well you also haven't been here since last August so rules change and stuff." Came here because Valvoline has been my go to place but lately there services really had declined. I came here hoping for better service since I never heard of Take5 I had to look up online what they were and it's literally just like Valvoline. Upon pulling in I was greeted immediately and was told I had 4 cars in front of me im more then welcome to go sit in the lobby and once they are ready for me they will get me so I can drive my car into their service bay. The entire oil change process was similar to Valvoline just without the pushing & harassing. Take5 is now my go to place plus there prices are so much cheaper then Valvoline. I hope to see more locations in the Las Vegas valley read more

Customer service is terrible. I've had my oil changed there every three months for the last two years. Today they told me my car wouldn't clear the pit (a blatant lie). Then after I showed records of my previous visits they said they don't work on Cadillac and my car is too old. Don't waste your time with this place. read more

Loved the service. Everyone was so so SOOO nice and passionate it seemed. Matthew was nice and patient and explained everything to me in detail. He also gave me a bottle of water upon arrival and asked me if I needed one for the road.
