From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel welcome, they asked me what i wanted, took the time to listen, very professional. The facility was very clean and well kept. I've gone here for about a year. I used to love it here. Lately when my son gets his hair cut they are not as friendly and don't listen to the style of cut that I ask. I've found that the younger barbers are not as kid friendly as the older barbers. I will give them one more try, if it doesn't change I will switch. read more

I was traveling from afar and grabbed a bite right next to his barbershop, I figured why not get a cut instead, I came in and was greeted with a smile from 2 of the barbers there, one of the barbers sat me down and I asked him what he perfected on my head, he told me he would surprise me and then finished me off with one of the greatest hair cuts I've ever had, and gave me a very nicely shape on my beard as well. I had a lot of fun talking to the barbers there as well, they really know what they are doing. read more

The barbers have always been good here for my toddlers but new ownership has taken over recently. The prices jumped up quite a bit, they stopped taking the punch cards for free haircuts out of no where, and when asked about it the guy at the desk was rather rude and said it's been that way for months (it hasn't). It's a shame new ownership isn't interested in customer service because I do like the barbers. Might give it another try if I can't find other kid friendly barbers nearby. read more

Alright, here's what happened. All of the barbers are good except- at least in this situation- the old man that slicks back his hair, who really just needs to listen to what people tell him. The older gentleman cut my hair- asks me how I want it done. I show him a picture but add in that I want my sides done differently from the picture. He asks me if I want skin on the sides. I say yes. He cuts my hair. There's no skin so I ask if he can do that, and after angrily chiding that he would 'have to do 2 haircuts now' since apparently I didn't stop him when he asked 'if it was okay,' he says ok. Like ???? I told you I wanted skin and how am I supposed to know in what order you plan on cutting my hair in order to stop you? He's like 'the first haircut was better but whatever you want.' ??? He doesn't bother blending. Now for the top. He asks me what I want done; I'm like do you want to see the picture again? He's like yes. I show him, and upon showing him he says "oh that isn't that much different just a little cleaner." the hair in the picture is like an inch shorter than mine at least. I keep saying just make it a little shorter, but he just doesn't do what I say!! He tells me to comb my hair and show him how I style. At this point I want to scream in the dudes face. He cuts my bangs horizontally like he's a 5 year old child cutting hair for the first time. Like the way you would if you put a bowl on someones head and cut their hair around it. He then asks, 'everything ok?' Sir. You just need to listen to what people want. That's it. Just listen to them and do it. If you didn't understand what they said, then just ask. read more

Took my one year old son here for his first haircut, walk-in, because who can make appointments when it comes to babies. They were so great with the whole experience. Four cute kid friend seats to choose from. Did not wait long, they were so friendly and patient with my son as he moved and wiggled throughout his haircut. Gave us a cute certificate with a lock of his hair to commemorate his first haircut. The haircut turned out great. Will be going back here. read more

I been searching for the perfect barbershop for my boys for a very long time. When I found out that there is a place that opened recently not to far from where I live I was excited to try them out. Let me tell you, I will no longer be looking for another barber any longer. All the barbers at Quality are very professional, they take time to understand what kind of haircut you want and very kids friendly. They are very patient with young children. What excellent service! I hate haircuts on Long Island as most barbers are used to giving the quick guido buzz and fade. The haircutters here took an incredible amount of time and detail into shaping the best hair cut I've gotten, in years, probably in my life. Very good barbershop. I came in a few times with my two boys and they took good care of me and my boys. It's not easy for my young son to sit still. Only problem is there is a certain guy , who is constantly cursing and there is kids around. I know he talks to his consumers but that is a little to loud, especially when kids are around. that is not the way it should be spoken when having young kids in the shop.
