He blamed her for having brittle nails, he was rushing and in doing so messed up a couple of her nails which he had to redo and blamed her that she moved. He was very rough. Really bad experience. I've been going for years and never was 100% happy but after today I'll never go back. The nail girl cut me with the drill so bad I was bleeding all over and she continued to use all the tools that weren't sterilized getting my blood all over them then proceeded to throw it in the bin that the next person will be using. My first time coming here was 2 months ago because my current salon closed for renovations. First experience was okay nothing bad, nothing great but decent enough to come back. As time has gone on the experience constantly gets worse. They take you even if they can't properly work on you because they are overwhelmed with customers and not properly staffed. Today was the 3rd time in a row over the course of 6 weeks that I was shuffled between 3 different nail techs. The woman who seems to the the owner or manager was my 2nd tech who gave a mediocre gel manicure while getting up to service more clients as they walked in. When she went to switch with another nail tech for the 3rd time I expressed that I was unhappy and I don't like being passed around - who do I tip if 3 people work on me ? She tells me no hunny it's okay tip her. To which I told her no it wasn't okay because I'm unhappy with the service and I don't like having several people work on me. Overall, she tried to be nice but it still didn't solve the problem and she didn't seem to understand my disappointment. Last visit for me- I gave it about 8-10 visits- not worth the money read more

My sister got me a manicure/pedicure gift card for my birthday. When I opened the envelope, it read "regular pedicure and pedicure" and no amount was written down by the employee. I figured it was a typo and would easily be changed to manicure/pedicure once I redeemed it, boy was I wrong. They claimed that it was only redeemable as one pedicure. I explained the situation and they still said I had to repay for my manicure, which my sister already paid for. The employee hands you the gift card filled out in an envelope. They can be scamming all of their customers who buy gift cards by writing down the wrong service or no amount. I would avoid buying gift cards at this establishment because of this reason. They were rude and unprofessional. Once I repaid for my already paid for manicure, it was rushed, sloppy, and my cuticle was cut. The pedicure was also rushed. Maybe it was because it was a busy Saturday morning. NEVER going back. read more

I will agree with the other reviews, they do try and get you to spend more. This is not the place I'd come to for a quick manicure, it is a place you spend some money and treat yourself. I had every intention of getting a regular mani/pedi today, but was talking into more. What can I say? I'm a sucker. I went with package 2. It is a paraffin manicure, sea salt spa pedicure, and 30 minute massage for $80. The pedicure, on its own, was $45, so I figured I should go all out. I had a lovely experience here. It was clean. Ivy, my nail technician, was a gem, and they conduct business well. I was given a bottle of lotion because of the short wait. It was nice. I'll definitely be back to try their other packages! read more

I came here yesterday to get dip powder and extensions on my nails and am very upset with the result. I was put with a young girl who I am pretty sure had no experience doing both SNS and tips before. With that being said, I watched her apply my extensions crookedly as well as not even glue them on properly for most of my nails. Another employee had to come over to instruct the person working on my nails about halfway through applying the tips. After she applied them incorrectly, she then proceeded to use the dip powder. She did not smooth them out properly, resulting in a noticeably uneven surface. I am really upset with how my nails came out especially for a $50 manicure. I am going to go back today to see if I can get them fixed. I do not recommend this place for fip powder or for applying tips. read more

She barely removed cuticles , didn't even soak my fingers in the water, just applied gel polish , and it started chipping off next day. I decided to come to this nail salon in Massapequa & the extra 8 minute drive is worth it. I called to make an appointment for a fill-in/gel manicure and a pedicure. I came in on time and was seated right away. If you want an amazing acrylic set/ fill-in done, ask for YUKI! She is THE BEST! I get so many compliments on my nails & I'm very particular with how they look. She pays attention to detail and all of my nails are even to perfection. She also works fast, but she does not rush you if that makes any sense. Every pedicure I've gotten here has been amazing. They're super clean and their tools are always sterile. I've never gotten any kind of infection or cut here either. They really take their time here and cater to every need. They even hung my coat up for me & offered me hot tea. That's what I call going the extra mile. My nails last me up to three weeks and I could probably stretch that out one more week. 5 stars from me! This is my new go to nail spot! read more

For one, most of the time it doesn't matter if you make an appointment because they will make you wait anyway, Even if you're a regular who shells out hundreds of overpriced dollars a month. A few of the girls have bad attitudes and they're talking in Chinese the entire time. All of them. And about other customers. Yuki is great for gel tips and whatnot, and very quick, but they overbook her and leave you waiting most of the time. I've been a regular but I won't be returning again. read more

I am so glad I did I got the best manicure and pedicure massage waxing everyone there spoke English you didn't feel uncomfortable at all it was an amazing experience. Went here for a spa pedicure and gel manicure. 1. They looked in my wallet for a tip and counted it in front of me 2. Gel manicure chipped after the second day 2. They cut my cuticles to short that one got infected 2 days later. 3. The $70 spa pedicure didn't even come with callus remove. 4. The paraffin burnt my toes during the pedicure and I was told it's ok. 5. Everyone around me was being offered drinks, not me. 6. The foot massage included nails being dug into my skin. 7. The massage at the end messed up my neck. I can't hardly move my neck and am in severe pain. This started immediately after too. Never again will i go back. read more
