Back in September my Focus RS was hit from someone running a red light. it damaged the front driver…read moreside bumper and fender area. Tim the guy that handles the paperwork is a great guy. The body work though absolutely horrible. I took my vehicle over to another body shop after asking Abra to fix the off centered hood headlight and bumper and fender they told me everything was within spec. They did not replace any suspension or even look at it even though the wheel took damage. They did the most shady frame work. Just take your car to Arrowhead Auto Body. The other body shop found parts that were said to be replaced and clearly was not replaced and the amount of overspray with the paint was horrible. They spray painted wiring harness'. The insurance is now contemplating to either total loss the vehicle or have the other shop fix it. Abra is horrible and shady stay away!
