And I do mean last minute; once there was already snow on the ground! Once the snow melted, they were here in days to skillfully handle what I'm too lazy to do. I'm the only dummy on my block with a bunch of old-growth trees on their property (yes, my lawn-fussy neighbors hate me). There are a TON of leaves. The year I did the job myself, I lost count after forty (40!) lawn & leaf bags filled. Mike & the Top Cut crew made our life so much easier, and did a perfect job! And the price was surprisingly reasonable. No, really! I'm annoyed that there aren't many reviews for Top Cut. They deserve a chance to earn your business. I donated my leaf blower to the maintenance guy at work and I'll never look back.

HOWEVER, this company never communicated what they needed from me to complete the neighbors job. Instead i came home to a tore up/dug up yard, my fence broken, my fence post broken and my fence UNRELATED to the neighbors job tore down and laying in my yard. In the end, they fixed and seeded my yard and rehung the fence removed and replaced the post. But It would have been professional to communicate with me since you needed my yard to easily complete your job. I would have appreciated this professional communication courtesy instead of all the stress.

His turnkey price not only included all removal, but also putting in a new, much larger, concrete driveway and front walkway. Rick was able to start the work on a Wednesday. This first day included removal of all of the old concrete, the addition of more gravel (leveling & compacting), and all of the framing for the new pours. Completing the first half (pours & finishing) on Thursday, and finishing up the second half on Friday, the three day service was every bit of their name, Quality Concrete.
