My knives desperately needed sharpening. A web search brought me to Quality Cutlery Care. John, the owner, quickly responded to my request for service. After discussing price we made arrangements for John to pick up the knives the next day with the drop off a few days later. One knife- my favorite and most used- had a broken handle which he replaced with a wooden one. All the knives including two serrated knives came back perfectly sharpened. As a passionate home chef and foodie I was frustrated with dull knives, thus began a quest on how to sharpen knives to razor sharpness with an edge that lasts. After much trial and error I learned the 3 step process I now use. I started sharpening for friends and family then grew to a small side business.
