Had my car washed here recently and they did a decent job. Pros: --Convenient, since it's right next to my work place and I can pick it up at lunchtime or after work. --they are flexible and can have the car washed by the time I need it. --they'll text you when the car is done. This is great when you want to go shopping at the Outlet of Orange or in my case working. Cons: --have to set an appointment. --there were some water dripping at the bottom of my car doors but it's not a big deal. The staffs wiped the dripping water immediately when I pointed it out to them. The owner Michael is very prompt at replying to my questions, through Yelp. I am very particular with swirls on my car, so Michael assured me it will not happen: he was true to his words. The staffs are friendly and attentive to my concerns. I paid $20 for a wash, interior cleaning and vacuum. When you take the price into consideration: just keep in mind, this is 100 percent hands car wash. Not some machine or huge brush from an automated system scratching your paint. I ended up giving them 5 Stars because there are more pros than cons. read more

They moved temporarily and aren't by the mall at the moment. They are about a 7min drive from where they were before. I would give them a call for their new temporary address. I still got my car washed here and they did an amazing job as always! I don't go anywhere else because these guys are just so great. There wasn't the mall to hang out at while they washed my car but I did walk to a nearby plaza that was a short walk away. Still so worth it!! My car looks good as new. read more

I had a bad experience here years ago, but they've really improved since then. Mike, the owner, is still Amazon and he takes feedback to the heart. They seriously improve based on customer comments. The last few times I've taken my cars here has been great. They leave my car spotless, inside and out. Not only that, they do it fast! The convenience is a huge bonus. If you work nearby, I totally suggest dropping it off in the morning. They even park your car. If you leave your parking pass, they'll park it in the structure! When I handed over my car key, I was asked what time I wanted to pick up. When i went back to get car, the workers were attentive, since it was windy, to wipe down car again. The place is a bit hard to find if you aren't aware of what to look for. Besides that the people there were nice and professional.
