A few months ago, I had an issue with baby spiders all over my car. I got the mini detail and it wasn't enough because the spiders came back. However I went back to the car wash and did the pricer detail package and subtracted the amount that I had previously paid. They were kind enough to clean out the engine area and sure enough the spiders were all gone. I've also gotten normal car washes here and they always do a really good job. My coworkers and neighbors are always asking me how my car looks brand new and it's because of this place. They take card, but make sure to bring cash to tip the gentleman who works on your car. Best part is that they have an indoor area that you can wait in with air conditioning, massage, chair, chairs, and ample seating. If you want to enjoy the sun, there's a huge patio with a cement shading.

I'm not sure if additional spots occurred while the car was parked or from water splashing from nearby vehicles, but regardless, they should have been caught before the car was returned. I believe vehicles should be inspected more thoroughly before being handed back to customers. For a brand-new car, this level of oversight is disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not return and would not recommend this location. I'm simply looking for a car wash that pays attention to detail and delivers the quality customers are paying for.

Overall, it was a quick, seamless experience and I would be back. I would recommend bringing towels to further dry your vehicle. However if you forget, they offer towels for $2.
