First of all, when in the hell did we ever become friends?!? When did we "establish" a personal relationship? I barley knew this lady ... when I told her all I wanted was the release papers and to follow through with the release of my title she then proceeded to harass and grill me some more ... AFTER I MADE MYSELF PERFECTLY CLEAR THAT I WASN'T ANSWERING ANY OF HER QUESTIONS THAT DIDN'T PERTAIN TO WHAT I ORIGINALLY CAME IN FOR! Claiming that I made her look bad and blah blah blah. Unprofessional at best and this lady at this location is a busy body who doesn't know when to take the high road. Oh and she also passively aggressively accused me of "lying about my address" sarcastically claiming it was my previous one... so ?!? Was she stalking me ?!? Does she do that to others ? THINGS that make you say hmmmm ?!? I STILL have that same address btw ... Be prepared that EVEN AFTER you pay off your loan there's no promise you may or may not get what you came in for because I didn't (nope I didn't get a title loan release confirmation) and obviously she was more worried about asking me about junior high girl group clique questions then actually taking the high road when I clearly stated I didn't come in to talk semantics but for her to do her damn job. He is extremely knowledgeable and wants to show customers and teach them what to look for (I know since he got me under the truck looking at what he explaining to me!) Take it back to them they said it was good sent me back home I took it to Big o tires they told me the tie rod was on upside down took it back to their shop they installed a new tie rod because that one was bent with a cheap AutoZone tie rod. One year down the road the cheap tie rod boot is busted and won't hold Grease. I called the new owner of the Anderson automotive and started yelling at me that he don't use AutoZone parts and he didn't do the work and he is not going to fix it. And kept repeating himself saying come on down come on down just come on down like he wanted to fight. I usually don't post bad reviews on companies unless the company's out here screwing hard-working folks out their money.
