Ended up waiting about 10 minutes before being helped--not ideal, but understandable once you see how thorough they are with each customer. Once I got to the counter, things moved smoothly. I was given several time options and booked an 8:15 AM slot. Their automated system kicked in right away with a confirmation text, followed by another message the next morning with an "I'm on my way" link. When I arrived, I checked in through the text--super easy. From there, the whole process was seamless. I even received a notification when my car was ready. The rotation and balance were free since I purchased the tires last year--always a plus. I also had them replace my wipers while I was there since they were due. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how everything was handled. Yes, there might be a short wait upfront, but it's because they're focused on taking care of each customer properly. Hard to complain about that.

These guys were great; I was in and out in about 25 minutes, and all in it was around $90 (synthetic oil, new filter, etc), Volkswagens are a little needy. I'm not sure they're all wearing masks, but when they saw my mask, the guy masked up for me, which I appreciated. The only thing I would change: there was no hand sanitizer in the lobby. I usually keep one in my purse but I was out. I was squirming knowing I'd touched several surfaces and did not have any sanitizer!! Of course, I'll be back soon because now I need to handle my own oil change. I guess maybe as my husband and I continue to upset the apple cart that is traditional gender roles in our marriage, I'll be the one handling car maintenance and upkeep.
