Finally saw him today and all he had was excuses and he had to point out that he wasn't charging us but what he forgets is that he is fixing his poor work. He is very unorganized and a poor communicator. Has been fired or had multiple complaints in our neighborhood. If you do decide to hire him get everything writing and put in completion dates for him to adhere too.
