I brought it to their attention and they corrected the bill immediately. Mistakes happen, no big deal. The second time they came was to install a new starter switch on my glass stove counter top. The technician (Henry) cracked the glass while installing the new piece (Viking Stove Top). Accidents happen, no big deal...... only it WAS a big deal ! Henry acknowledged the damage, but the company would not. Was told several times that Tracey or someone from the front office would call to address the issue. Never received a call, call back or any communication, only correspondence was through Henry. Finally, Henry told me the company offered to install the new glass top for free.... BUT...... I had would have to pay for the part ($800.00) !!! What a bunch of CRAP ! However, not wanting to litigate, I offered to settle with them but they refused any counter offer. Several months later we went to court, it was the last thing I wanted to due. When we got there, I had all my documentation and photographs (before and after). They couldn't write a check and settle fast enough. What a horrible and deplorable way to treat clients ! The mark and sign of any good, quality company is not only the job they do the day of, but the job / service you receive the day after. This Mickey Mouse company has failed miserably on both counts ! Not wanting to end on a negative note, there are good, competent, professional appliance repair services in the area. One reviewer mentioned Art Handler and my personal experience is that they are very good. Also highly recommend "Mr Gee's Appliance Repair" This guy is the real deal - knowledgeable, professional and reasonable (#609-321-4949). Hope this has been helpful and good luck !

I called at least 5 other companies to try and have it fixed with very little success. Many companies said that they don't work on this specific type of appliance because of the job being particularly difficult or bothersome. I called SEARS and they said they could fix it but gave me an appointment 5 weeks in the future that I wasn't able to keep. Who really knows what their schedule will look like 5 weeks away these days, anyway? I called Mr. Gee's and they immediately gave me an appointment 2 days away with no trouble or complaints. They were communicating constantly and stayed on schedule. When they arrived they came in very politely, worked quickly, and explained everything they were doing/seeing throughout the job. I will not be using another appliance company in this area again.

He was supposed to come out three different times, but always had an excuse why he could not come. I guess my issue was not of any importance. After the first visit when he looked at my dishwasher it was never put back correctly. He left the kick plate off the bottom and some rubber stuff hanging along the bottom.

I would like to begin by addressing my recent 'one' star review of this yelp business account. I…read morewas notified that my review was taken down due to lack of detail. compounded by, I think, the owner of this account said he had no record of me in his files. Last Fall I had an issue with my refrigerator. It was only three years old and stopped maintaining desired cold temperature. When the technician arrived we discussed the problem and he began troubleshooting the issue. Subsequently, he then dismantled the interior of my appliance. Then accessed the refrigerators self diagnostic system. The verdict was, it could be the mother board, but couldn't guarantee that was the problem, but a likely culprit. I decided to move forward with replacing the mother board since the unit was brand new when I purchased this home, three years earlier. After repair was completed ten days later and payment in full for parts and labor. It was apparent the mother board was not the issue and the same problem persisted. I sent a text to Angel Appliance to see if the new part was of any value and I might be prorated for it or any parts that might be useful to Angel Appliance on any future repair that they might encounter ( as I had decided to replace the appliance ). I did not receive a response to my text. After purchasing and installing a new refrigerator, I had a similar issue develop with the new unit. I called my electrician who checked my electrical panel and all was in order. However, the receptacle behind the fridge turned out to be tied in to an adjoining GFI receptacle, a definite no-no according to my electrician and the apparent source of my problem. One of the first, if not the first of troubleshooting considerations. What I've learned... I purchased this home after it was flipped subsequent to a complete remodel. I recommend to anyone who buys a flipped property to do a deep dive into infrastructure during your pre purchase home inspection, especially your electrical components. Thanks yelp, for the opportunity to resubmit a more detailed review. Also I would like to upgrade my previous review to three stars. For four reasons. 1. Yelp's support of their business account holders and their requests for review scrutiny. 2. A valuable lesson in doing in depth research. 3. The opportunity we all have to live and learn via our personal and business experiences. 4. This business account holders vigilance in monitoring his account reviews ( especially the ones that aren't 5 star ). Seriously, no need to get all defensive. I did't correct my review, I simply added more detail at Yelp's request, after my previous one was taken down, So, thanks for the opportunity to post an honest detailed review. I mean you have only three reviews on your page, Also, it wasn't three years ago, it was last Fall 2025 ( and you said I didn't exist in your files ). My point was, since it seems to have escaped you. First things first, had you done troubleshooting the simplest thing first ( the receptacle ) as my electrician indicated, "Should have been one of the first, if not the very first" thing to look at. So I call home Depot and they give me the whirlpool number and they schedule a repair with buckos appliance since they are an authorized dealer. They gave me Monday November 20th and an eight hour window. Fine So I get a call on a Friday before from buckos and they said they were scheduled and they would not be able to come till November 29th which is 9 days longer than Whirlpool said they would be there. So I called them out on it saying I guess he doesn't make as much money working for a home Depot as he would on his own so that's really the reason. There is no other reason because it's all about the money. He shouldn't be an authorized dealer and take the responsibility if he can't honor his contract. I can't really say anything about their work but I can say if you're looking for somebody reliable and if something goes wrong and buckos was the one that ran into a problem, this sends up a big red flag to me about buckos and I have to question his character and honesty. When I called Bucko's this morning they said the warranty was only good for 30 days and would require another service call. I will never use Bucko's again and tell everyone how they treated me. I also will never buy another Whirlpool Appliance. Stay away from Bucko's and Whirlpool.
