I would give seven stars if I could. We are very happy with the 150' chainlink fence securing the back of our house and providing an enclosed yard for our dog. Quality Fence is the biggest company in the Valley, and I assumed they would be expensive. But no one could beat their price. They buy their fencing and related material in bulk and get a big discount. And they specialize - - all they do is fencing. No one can beat their price or the quality of their work. I will admit I wasnt too happy initially at the price quoted, and the wait time to get the job done, i blame covid for that, BUT that can probably be said about any construction company and material costs these days. Quality Fence is THE BEST in the business. We have been clients since 1990. The fences are stout and still standing good as new. Anytime I need something done with our fencing, I call Brad. He answers my call within a day and comes out to the house to take a look. Quality Fence fixes my broken stuff, or adds something new I needed, within the time frame promised. The price is honest. Absolutely one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They will Absolutely price gouging. And not honor or warranty any of the work. They have come out to my grandmothers house a year after year for about 12 years now. And finally told her she needs to buy an entire control box. Which is about $2500. I'm not sure who needs to hear this, but there is a pretty big disconnect between the "We're here to help and answer your questions" language in the DIY section of their website and the experience I had when I came into the store this morning. The "Can I help you with something?" I was greeted with felt more like a "What do you want?", and he made sure to remind me more than once that he was "pretty busy" before rushing me out the door 5 minutes after I walked in with promises of a yet-to-be-delivered quote. If you're that busy, find someone else who can help me or ask me if I would be willing to schedule an appointment for a future time when you're able to answer my questions. I understand that they're running a business and there is very little (if any) profit margin in helping weekend warriors with a one-off project, but it also sucks to walk into a store and instantly feel like your business is not wanted or welcome. read more

Find a different fence company until Quality can deliver quality. I called Quality Fence to add a gate to my property. The bid was given on 8/9 and the estimator stated work would be completed by 9/1. The work was not completed in the timeframe given, the gate fabric and hardware were mounted backwards, a mounted post was 18" too short and the tension wire to keep the fence secure was not secured properly. In addition, I accepted a proposal for one price, but it was raised it by over 25% in the final bill. This is an unacceptable way to do business. read more

We started renting a building that is surrounded by a so called "quality" fence, about 2 weeks ago. We are paying about $450/month for this fence. It's buckling on one side, so we asked them to come fix it. They say they'll be happy to fix it for $250. We said, no thanks. We won't be using this company in the future, as soon as our project is done, we'll be ending our contract with QF. read more

Im giving them a 5 star because of the money saving efforts of the man who came out and gave me a quote. Im sorry I don't remember his name. I needed a new gate across my Dad's road as his old cattle gate had fallen off and down the side of the hill years before. When the man came out and I showed him the area he actually climbed down the hill, into the Poison Oak and retrieved the other gate to see if it was salvageable, it wasn't due to broken hinges but I appreciated the effort. Anyhow, they were booked solid due to all of the new weed fences going up but they worked us in within a few weeks. I greatly appreciated this as lately there have been late night trespassers at my Dad's place. They did a great job for a great price. Hopefully, I can get them out for a new garden fence, Im sure they are beyond busy, but I will try. read more

We have used Quality Fence a few times over the years and we are always pleased. The Vinyl Fence they built for us almost ten years ago is still standing and looking almost new with virtually zero maintenance. The metal fences they had built us only needed one minor adjustment after almost eight years, which they recently made recently with no fuss or muss. I would recommend them. read more

My experience with Quality Fence, at two homes in Medford, has been very positive. Most recently they installed a black chain link fence with man and RV gates. Turned out nice. The estimator comes out, leaves a bid, I give the go-ahead and it happens, I pay by phone, easy-peasy. Where there have been changes to be made, I simply email the company and soon the changes happen. They're busy so you might have to wait, but I've found this company pleasant to deal with. I built fence way back in the dark ages, so everybody's prices are too high if you ask me, but I'm sure I'm living in the past when it comes to cost. Quality does not appear to have any serious competition in our community, except maybe when it comes to simple wood fences, so they can afford to charge what they charge. read more

We are in the process of replacing our back fence, so scheduled an appointment with Quality Fence in Central Point for a representative to come out. Although he was just a few minutes overdue in locating us at our distant address, his professionalism and resourcefulness for solving our fencing needs reassured me greatly. He presented several options regarding the finished result (appeal, popularity, practicality, and general cost). I had a lot of questions, and he answered them all to my satisfaction. What I also appreciated very much was his pleasant, reassuring, and down-to-earth disposition. His estimates for my final two choices of wood style and wrought-iron style arrived as agreed . . . via e-mail, within a few days of his visit, and with the details we had discussed. Mostly the fence itself looks fine. They got it up on the promised schedule, efficiently. Problem is the gate for the chainlink portion of the fence doesn't fit well, hangs crooked, mis-aligned, it's just a hair from scraping on the ground and gradually getting worse. It was either mis-measured, poorly fabricated, or both. Looks pretty bad. I should have known. I had this company build a new chainlink gate for an older part of the fence once and it was good for less than a year before it wouldn't close again. I spent thousands of dollars with this company to install chain link fencing, gates and an automatic gate. No problem with the workmanship. Problem came when my son accidentally hit the wrong button on the remote causing the auto gate not to close completely. I called QF and told them about the problem. They sent a guy out. He told me just hold this button down, let go, and it will work. It was that simply, took him all of a minute. Done. They could have told me how to fix this problem over the phone. Got my bill today, $137.00!!!!!!! Is this a joke? I called them and asked if they would adjust the amount based on the above. They said NO - that is their standard service charge. I said, that's more than what my plumber charges. I could hear the sarcastic grin from the woman I was speaking to when she said, "well, that's what we charge." Unfriendly. Fixed gate opener several times, became upset when I asked them to do it again.

Last month, we had a privacy fence installed between our two houses. The installation was do on time and definitely met my expectations. We have had Quality Fence install two gates (one with an automatic opener), a deer fence, a no-climb fence around the pool, railing around the decks and other fencing over the 15 years we've owned our property and all of it has lasted well and still look great! The materials are heavy duty and worth it. I know I couldn't have done the work myself and have it turn out so good. read more
