As my 5.4" 120 lb self enters the showroom, I held my hand up to the 7'8" greeter -like trust me, you don't want any of this today. I headed over to customer service like a gangster ready to rumble and out of nowhere comes the running back from The Super Bowl trying to address me before I hit the counter.
