In the fall of last year, we hired BRW Landscaping Company to cut down a tree, take away a shed,…read moreand install a water drainage in our yard. For about two weeks, he left his equipment at our home and slowly completed the work, which was fine. A couple of months later, we noticed that our land was becoming extremely dry - full of cracks. We also noticed that grass was not growing in most places and in the places that it was growing, the grass was red and yellow. In addition, all the water that has been going down our yard has basically caused a wetland, which was not there before the work was done. Our neighbors have complained that the water has been going into their yard, causing even more damage. When we found out that Brandon did not put enough soil, used cheap grass seeds, and stuffed the ground with too much stone (so much that our neighbors thought we were extending our driveway), we immediately called Brandon to find a way to solve this issue. When we called, he demanded that we pay him to put more soil in the ground. After talking with various landscapers, they told us that simply adding more soil would "put a band-aid" on the problem. As a result, fixing and repairing the land would cost even more than we paid for the original work. Brandon has yet to apologize and continues to say he did what he was supposed to do. However, what he did has extremely damaged our land and is requiring us to pay a higher cost to fix his mistakes.
