I assumed I would need to bring my broken chair to him but no, James came out to my home, evaluated the problem, took the chair back to his workshop where he repaired it beautifully. Additionally he refinished the feet so they look like new and made sure all four, not just the two that were broken, were in pristine condition. They removed the old gross caulk the prior owner tried to do and replaced it with some fresh stuff. Highly recommend if you ever need sink, tub or shower refinishing. Don't waste money!
