Long overdue review for this outstanding company. We have had 2 projects done and quoted others for when we are ready. We have interacted with Jacob, Mike and Adam. All very professional and took the time to discuss all our needs and wants in detail. 2023 - Full kitchen remodel including new layout. We knocked down a wall to help create a more open feel and blocked off a door to the exterior to add additional cabinetry. Paint throughout the house, updated electrical, recessed lighting, hardwood floors, cabinetry in the kitchen and dining room, new front door. It felt like a completely new home and with a thoughtful design for our small kitchen. 2024 - New roof. Mixture of tiles, flat roof and shingles. It was over and done with quickly and looked great! Both jobs were done in a timely manner but not rushed. We felt the quality was excellent. The couple miscommunications we did have were very minor and resolved very quickly by reviewing our text/email communications as well as working together to see what path we could take at that point. We did shop around some but I did a decent amount of research first. Our big project was between 2 or 3 companies and I recall 1 flaking and the other wasn't up to par. We had some heavy rain today and noticed a leak in our ceiling. I messaged several companies on Yelp, and Home Renew 360 was the only one that could send someone out the same day to do an inspection. Haim, their project manager, came by in the afternoon, did a full roof inspection, and was very honest about what he found, no upselling or scare tactics at all. He explained that the leak probably came from nails that weren't sealed properly by the previous roofer and suggested sealing them up with a proper sealant. He completed the sealing for us the same afternoon. Haim took a bunch of photos, walked us through everything, and was really friendly and professional. We also found out Home Renew 360 is a general contractor, so they can help with other projects around the house too. We'll definitely be calling them again in the future! read more

Home Renew 360 did a great job on our roof tile reset and house trim repair/replace/repaint.. The Project Manager, Roy Lansky was very informative from our first meeting with him until the project was complete. He explained each step in detail. He let us know the project was going to be delayed one day because of a prediction of rain. The following day, a Porta-Potti was delivered for the workers who arrived at 7:00 a.m, which was the pattern for the next four days. The crew worked very efficiently, from sunrise to sundown, cleaning up their waste each day into the trailer which was placed each day for their use. They took Sunday off, working another four days to complete the entire job. We are very pleased with the work done and recommend this company for their commitment to customer satisfaction in every aspect of their business. read more

There were a few issues with the roof and the hardscape that was put in, but they corrected the issues immediately and efficiently. 1. Tore the roof off before telling us that the color we chose was out of stock. Tried to get us to change colors, which we did not. So our room was stripped way longer than necessary. 2. Did not cover well, so it rained in our family room. They took care of repairs, but it was unnecessary. 3. Roof AC had to be removed. That's okay, but the hole was left open. I had to go on the roof to cover so rain didn't get into the ducts. 4. As you can see from the picture, sone of the sub contracted work was not the best and the job inspector did not do his job. I cringe every time I pull in the driveway and see that. On the west side of the house we still have a silver strip that was never painted. Not sure which is worse. Job was done a couple of years ago. Not sure why I waited so long to review. read more

We reached out for a consultation on our roof and wall in need of repair. At first things went well. They were quick to reply, set up a date and showed up on time. However, when the worker showed up, he barely looked at anything, didn't write anything down, or take photos for reference. Then we were told we would get an estimate by the end of the next day which never came. We even waited 3 days before posting this review. I've had a good experience with Home Renew 360. We have changed the roof with them in Jan 2026. We have a tile roof and the underlayment was failing. They removed the old one install new peel and stick, and replaced the tiles on top of it. Viktor, the PM, was great. He explained the process well, did not try to oversell us, and was very responsive. Every time we reached to him, he replied almost immediately - even in the evening and on weekend. The new roof passed city inspections and was completed on time as promised, less than a week after they started. Most importantly, the final price matched the quote, not a penny more. David met with me the day after Christmas even while it was raining. Turns out that a clogged gutter was issue. I updating my previous review as of today. Adam came out and another guy and they brought a roofer to do a small patch fix where it was leaking. However, we did go round and round about the no warranty for their work I explained to them that I don't care what kind of work is done there should at least a year warranty and that with them not having one it tells me they don't back up their work. We told them that if they Really didn't want to do repair they could leave! Close to two years ago, we chose Home Renew 360 to renovate three bathrooms, put in new flooring, and retrofit our home. Under the project leadership of Idan Mizrahi, the results were truly great. Therefore, we turned once again to Idan and his teams at Home Renew 360 for a complete kitchen renovation in 2025, which is the focus of this review. It had long been our dream to create a beautiful, modern kitchen in our 1953 home. We specifically wanted a customized kitchen that would give us more storage space and brighten up this important space. It was great working with Idan again, along with his colleague Ron Shugi. Both were extremely attentive to details in a pretty complex plan that involved not only a thorough demolition and rebuilding of the old kitchen, but updating the electrical system of this old home. Idan provided the overall leadership, while Ron supervised operations of the varied teams who were part of this project. Idan and Ron were completely committed to meeting all of our expectations, and they didn't disappoint! Idan made several important suggestions at the commencement of this project. The first was to consider removal of the soffit, which we readily agreed to, as it would add eight inches of space to the ceiling. The second suggestion was to have Juan Rosendo and his team of professional cabinet makers build and install customized cabinets. This was truly a stroke of genius. If you are ever lucky enough to have Juan, David, and Victor create your cabinets, you will thank your lucky stars. This is the second time that we have worked with Eric and Ron from Home Renew 360. The first time was wonderful and we were extremely excited because we were doing a major renovation. You can see my earlier review of that. The whole experience was wonderful. This time was prompted by an unfortunate occurrence when we returned to our house to find that it had been flooded with water sitting in it for a week. All of the issues that had to be addressed, included water removal, remediation, mold checking, removal of sheet rock and baseboards in much of the house. We were not able to live in the house under that condition and had to go to an Airbnb. When we appealed to Erik for help, he was most accommodating. In just a little over a week we were back in our house with everything looking as great as it did when they finished the earlier renovation. Eric coordinated and got things rolling, Ron managed the project amazingly well and Beto is quite simply an excellent craftsman. His matching of the texture on our sheet rock is almost perceptible. The paint and texture are perfect and we could not be happier! At first impression, it might seem that their prices are somewhat high. All I can say is they are well worth every penny. Not only is everything well protected during the process of the work but on completion, the entire house is clean.
