Both owners Adam & Dennis met with us, went over the plan & quoted us a price. They did everything they said they would , Stuck to the agreed time frame & they communicated thru every step of the 5 day project. One of the owners was always on site & literally were working as well !!. One of the workers named Brendan went above & beyond and took pride in his work. I first became acquainted with Dennis O'Rourke and Adam Strohl back in September of 2015, at which time I contracted with them to perform landscaping work at my property. More than pleased with the services provided, I continued to utilize their snow plowing services this winter, and once again was not disappointed. During the worst snow storm that we had this past season, they plowed the driveway, cleared the walkway, and made sure that our vehicles could make it out of the driveway, before they left, assuring me that they would be back again to ensure that we would be able to get to work on Monday. Needless to say, they kept their promise. To this day, Adam, Dennis and their crew continue to provide a level of commitment and satisfaction that I have not encountered in some time. Prior to the spring season, I once again met with Adam who presented me with a detailed Maintenance Agreement which began in March and end in December with Fall Cleanup. The Agreement is a detailed "Menu" of services which not only identifies each specific service, but the months during which the service(s) would be performed and the pricing for each service. The services offered were: Spring cleanup/power dethatching/weed control/shrub fertilization/monthly ground maintenance/pruning/lawn aeration, over seeding/fall service cleanup (leaves & removal). The nice thing is that you do not need to contract for all services, but can pick and choose from the wide range of services they offer. This is great, as you can then budget for the services that you need and can afford. In addition, they can provide a myriad of other services; all you have to do is ask. And that's another great thing about Adam and Dennis, you can ask questions; and they will answer you, and if they do not have the answer right away, they will get back to you. Also, I had concerns as the property has septic cleanouts, which can and had been damaged in the past, by our previous yard service (though they did fix them right away). Adam assured me that they would make note of these and so far so good. Adam and Dennis continue to be two of the most professional, respectful, honest, industrious, reliable, hardworking individuals that I have met, and now have the pleasure to get to know. We first met Adam at Max is Back when we were looking to completely rip out and redo the front shrubs before our daughter's wedding. With just a few ideas that we had, Adam was able to create a beautiful design within the budget we set. We had a tight schedule of when the shrubs needed to be in and Adam worked with our schedule to have the front of our house looking beautiful for the day of our wedding. Since then we have picked his brain for additional ideas for the rest of our outdoor living area. We were thrilled to hear that he and Dennis had started their own business. We have had many services come to the house; none of which had the licensing and knowledge to be a "complete" lawn and landscaping service. I do not want to have to worry about several different services coming to do the weeding, cutting, planting, etc...With Quality Garden Designs, I will never have to worry about my lawn and landscaping needs.
