Our company hired P&S and they were reliable for a month or so, and were supposed to do some major landscaping towards the end of summer. Jump forward from late July to end of August. We tried contacting them multiple times using multiple formats (i.e. text, phone call, voice mail, e-mail) and we wanted to know when the landscaping was going to get done and we were happy with the lawn maintenance. We even asked how they handle their billing as we never received an invoice. To this day, we have yet to hear back from anyone. I honestly hope nothing major has happened to any of the parties, and would hope that we get some type of answer to our many attempts at reaching them. If anyone has an inkling as to what is going on with this company, please reply here. Much appreciated. The only reason I am giving them a 1 star is due to lack of response. I am more than happy to change it if I hear from them.

I had an appointment that was twice confirmed for today, Thursday, August 24, 2023 @ 9:00am. The guys arrived over an hour late. They walked around the property and asked me if they could also cut down some of my other trees. Of course I rejected the offer as that wasn't our agreement. They offered information stating how far they drove and just doing the initial job would be a waste of their time. I needn't say how furious I became and reminded them of how I will not be guilted into adding on a service simply because of their travels. Well, they decided to talk it over and declined the job. I don't know what kind of mess they're trying to pull on customers so I pulled up their website which showed the company doesn't open today until 8pm . Now, for the guys to arrive today outside of business hours, try to guilt me into accepting and paying for an additional service, then leave without even completing the agreed upon service; red flags are waving high in the sky. This is just another example of the many con artists that we as customers unknowingly do business with. Stay vigilant everyone!!
