My husband was released from rehab.on 10/5. One week later Quality Home medical has not yet delivered his hospital bed. First, they said there was no order when I called on 10/7, immediately the order was resent. Then on Friday 10/8, they closed at 12:30, no delivery for this bed until Monday. Tuesday 10/12, the bed in on schedule to be delivered, the warehouse manager will be contacted. In the meantime, my husband is between recliner and floor. I am going to give this company until today to get their act together. This equipment is not given to me for free and some other company may appreciate my business. Please make sure if you need medical equipment to get it before you are sent home. read more

While the staff there is nice, they aren't very professional and I had numerous problems. They sent me the wrong supplies numerous times, failed to bill my insurance on multiple occasions and then asked me to pay their inflated prices out of pocket since they were too lazy to do their jobs. They called me three times saying my insurance didn't go through and each time, I called my insurance provider to learn that they never received a claim. I bought a hose for my CPAP Machine that was made in China possibly for a Dollar or less and this business charged me $37 Dollars! Then that night I found my 6 foot hose right in the mesh backside of the zippered top carrying case (Duh!) that I thought was missing. Unfortunately it was just as I was opening their plastic hose bag and they wouldn't even let me return it put towards a $70.00 specialty Pillow. I tried to donate the hose to them but they said they would have to throw it away so I did that right there in front of them. read more
