We were in close contact with one of the owners, Candi, as she would give us updates and answered any of our questions along the way. We received excellent advice about appropriate replacement materials. Then a timely period from signing the contract to being ready to go to work. Alan's showed up on time. Their work is beyond excellent; and done by true craftsmen .... the lead man was described as "He's the best" and that he is. Finally, they finished the work on time; and cleaned up beyond our expectations.

He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.

My expectations might have been too high because of all the great reviews. My experience was good,…read morebut not excellent. Let's start with the good - he did get most of the stains out and did a great job tightening up our carpet. He was also on time and easy to communicate with. The not-so-good: the main thing that irked me was that he put our furniture on top of our other furniture. This includes an air purifier that was on the dirty floor of our bedroom which was moved to be on top of our clean bed. He also put our tables on top of our couches. Not the cleanest method to clean. When I've hired Stanley Steamer before they come with 2 guys who move all the heavy furniture around and place everything on these pad-looking things. They never put things on top of things. They also ask you to move the smaller things out of the way. Also, he also wasn't able to get out of a couple of minor stains. I'd say he was about as expensive as Stanley Steamer, but not as effective. All and all, he was a nice guy but his methodology is questionable.

We chose the flooring we wanted and Mason followed up with a home visit to take measurements and brought floor samples to ensure the choice we made matched the look we wanted. The flooring arrived and their crew of four removed the old flooring and installed the new. During the installation, Brad Flack (the owner) showed up to check on the installation and to ensure things were going as we wanted. The staff was so helpful when we mentioned we were looking for something floral, and made sure we had bookmarks to use to help when deciding between books. They also helped pull a few books they thought could have what we were looking for. When it came down to ordering, the process was super simple and took less than 5 min to get the order in and pay. Daniel was honest in his pricing and never tried to up-charge me unnecessarily features or "problems". They found the source of the leak quickly and were able to get the job done without any issues.
