I did appreciate Kevin's positive, kind attitude, prompt text responses, and initially had a good experience. Later on, however, some things became problematic for me. I experienced a lack of communication and follow through on several occasions, including him saying he wanted to buy me a restaurant gift card (I believe due to my frustrations) and then never mentioning it again. After a few communication issues, I lost confidence in the commitments he made. While I appreciate some of the folks Kevin recommended to me for cleaning and repairs, I ran into some issues there as well so would suggest doing some research if you choose to go this route.

I have spoken to many past clients of his, and this has never been the case. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Kevin is your Realtor! I didn't listen to the voice telling me "No" and I definitely should have. Offers were verbal and rarely accompanied by actual paperwork. Out of the 7 properties I've bought and sold, I've never seen the like. Not only would I never use her again, I would never recommend her either. In addition, she never even let us know that the property had indeed closed until we asked a few days after the closing date.
