This is the WORST company ever. First off it took more then 30 days to get my direct deposit check back. Then they tried to prorate me 7 days after I wasn't informed by my apartment manager or given a letter from the management company telling me I had to pay. I take full responsibility to pay each month which I had but all of a sudden the last month I was there I was not given documentation showing I had to pay but everyone else did. They set me up to not pay my rent and now want to take it out of my deposit. This company is BS and very unprofessional as I had been hung up numerous times from the office in Sherwood. read more

They sold their office and have not cashed my rent check sent two weeks ago and don't bother telling their tenants anything, like they have moved, no new address, nothing. They also do not bother answering their phone. Very unprofessional. read more

My mother witnessed one of Infinity's employees pick up a wallet in a Fred Meyer's parking lot, he looked around as though he was looking to see if anyone were watching him and made eye contact with my mother. He picked it up and walked into the store and she thought he was turning it in. She then saw him looking out the doors of the store as though he was checking to see if she was still watching him. She got into her car and then he came out of the store and she saw that he still had the wallet in his hand so after he got into his truck she took a photo of the truck with her cell phone and reported it to the police. When my mom told me about what happened I told her that we should report the situation to the property management company because I work in property management and I know that the police do not always follow up as they should and my mother did not get a clear picture of the license plate. I called Infinity and left them a message stating what had happened and that we just wanted to make them aware of the situation because we were not sure if the police were going to be able to identify the gentlemen based on the fact that she didn't get their license plate number. We received a phone call from someone named Samantha. She was very nice and asked why I had called in. I explained to her that we were unsure if the police were able to identify the gentlemen and what had happened. She then started to yell into the phone that it was "so nice of us to assume the worst of their employees" and that "their employees are all upstanding people who would never do anything wrong". I explained to her that we were not saying anything about the employee other than what my mother had witnessed. She started screaming incoherently and then hung up on me. I called Infinity back and left them a message stating that their employee had acted so insanely and rudely to me and that I would be calling back to make sure that my message about her behavior had reached a supervisor. I received another call back shortly afterward from an older gentleman who, again, was very nice at the beginning of the phone call. He asked me what he could help me with and I explained to him both the situation that my mother witnessed and how the rude employee had acted. He then began to list off for me the credentials of the employee, how long he had work there, how many children he had, that he was working two jobs to support his family. I explained to him that I wasn't making any statements about his character whatsoever; I was simply reporting it to make them aware of the situation. The gentleman then accused me of being a racist. Stating that I must have a problem with Hispanics. I am Hispanic, so obviously, I let him know that was an absolutely ridiculous accusation. He then began telling me to shut up and saying that I must have some kind of disability because I wouldn't let him rant on and on about how terrible of a person I must be and how wonderful his employee is. When the gentleman began to scream non-stop, I told him that I was appalled at his behavior and that I work in property management and I just cannot imagine one of the employees at my company acting so outrageously. I was absolutely embarrassed for the owner of this company. This might be their first review on Yelp but they have several on other sites, all of which are very negative and I am not at all surprised by the way that I was treated. These people are insane and have no business working in property management. Giving one star. My girlfriend lives in some apartments that are ran by infinity. Every time I come over, there is a problem here. Her kitchen sink leaks constantly and has ruined the new cabinets that took forever for her to have replaced because the drawers would fall out when opened. The maintenance lead doesn't stick to his word. He said he would be back a couple of months ago to fix the window that leaks, and to use Flir imaging to search for mold in the walls since there is a bad mold issue. The on-site maintenance is not trained very well, and really don't know how to fix anything. You have to argue with them to get them to fix/rig issues. They rig things up to where they just break again a few days later. They do not want to spend money fixing these apartments. They put bandaids on all of the problems. The on-site porter has a wife that has a drinking problem and makes racist comments to her Hispanic neighbors. I've emailed infinity with no responses as I work for the state and know renters rights. This is a poorly ran business here and needs some attention. I have contacted Washington county, and hope they can maybe help. I don't even live there, and I see that management needs to step up there game and maybe find some professionals to manage the apartments, and to fix issues. read more
