We rented for little over a year from them, and they were a HUGE upgrade from our previous rental's management team, which was corporate and condescending and minimal-effort. Everything with Chehalem was local, personable, and straightforward from beginning to end, and we had zero issues with the rental itself, which came with very reasonable rules and maintenance expectations. Their rental contract is comprehensive and safe, their communication is stellar, and their attitude is always amenable. They gave us an actually nice goodie bag upon signing our lease, and we got a little Christmas gift, too. This kind of attention to detail carried across their work and made all the difference in our experience. Since they do speedy property maintenance check-ins on a bi-annual basis, I imagine it's also a dream to have them as a property manager from the rental owner side of things, too.
