Great to work with an organization that enables all of the involved care-givers and key family members to present a unified team during those tough moments that require calm and an integrated plan. And we greatly appreciate the extra touches like music therapy.

I never do online reviews, and believe that if I didn't have a good experience, I need to move on…read moreand forget it. However, nobody with a loved on on Hospice should experience what I did. I called several hospice organizations, going against the recommendation of the group home where my sister was living. The director of Oak Creek was terrific with me on the phone. She understood what I wanted, which was good communication, along with excellent care, and assured me that would be the case. She disappeared once the sale was made. She knew I was upset and she listened in on a conversation with another hospice employee. I heard her in the background, suggesting to her employee what should be said. Getting updates, which I requested from the beginning, was a nightmare. Often the staff seemed overwhelmed and rushed when they spoke to me. The notable exception was the Chaplain. I believe the care my sister received was substandard, but I'm not local and can't say any more than that. My recommendation is that you stay away from Oak Creek Hospice.

When our mom had a catastrophic fall and we suddenly needed twice daily hospice-level help 'tomorrow!' they came through and found more perfect caregivers to help us. Each time on every single call the staff was caring and professional and kind (-and they always answer the phone with a real person!). They were exactly what we had hoped for and then some. I'd give them ten stars if I could!

My first call to them was with James who instantly made me feel they were the company we wanted and they were willing to get us care within 2 days. Tiffany, the case manager, is both very professional and also very caring and personal. She came the first day with the first caregiver to make sure we were all set. Their policies are generous and they are incredibly flexible and willing to pivot when needed. Our goal was to get my mom to independence. We had 2 very different caregivers and both were wonderful. The physical therapist Dave and occupational therapist Adam are outstanding. They always go above and beyond when several issues came about with my recovery from 3 back surgeries with Kaiser, one of which left me paralyzed from torso down to toes. After being with this wonderful team for a few months they tell me - wow I saw you on my first day and had no idea how I was going to help and today they look at me and say what a long way you have come.
