I love staying at the Quality Inn in Bradley. The rooms are always clean and the bed is super comfortable. We just spent a week at a fancy hotel and the bed was so uncomfortable. I put more into a place with the things you can't see. Quality Inn has a great owner that supports the community. The service is always excellent. Breakfast isn't just a granola bar and muffin but a fresh made to order breakfast that was really delicious! We got married at this hotel, had kids' parties, birthday, weddings, fundraisers, and memorials. They never let us down. read more

HORRIBLE PLACE TO BE! I don't care if there is a bar attached to the hotel, the quality inn is a disgusting place to stay. It's stinky, the carpets filthy, the pool is out of order, the parking lot has pot holes everywhere. The ceilings have brown water stains, THEY HAVE OLD SCHOOL TUBE TELEVISIONS!!!!, the ice machines are out of order- seriously it's a horrible out dated, unkept place. I also had issues with my check in and payment. I tried to call he hotel to get help (after we left) and was passed off onto the GM. I left a voicemail and sent an email -never heard back. Way to run a business. Don't stay here, pay the extra $ and stay at the hilton garden or save the money all together and sleep in your car. read more

I read the reviews for this hotel prior to my stay there and was very worried about what I had gotten myself into. However, when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby looks clean and modern and the desk staff were very friendly. My room was also clean, with fresh towels and a king sized bed! Stayed here multiple times, and the place keeps upgrading! The room I had was 4th floor, HUGE living space, large bathroom, and lots of light, hot water for DAYS! My only drawback to the room was the shower stall being a bit on the cramped side. Not an ideal place for a curved shower rod, when the mount has to be recessed deeper into the stall to get the door to clear. I'm a tall guy, so a drop ceiling in a shower is kind of claustrophobic, as well. The beds were a bit hard, as were the pillows. I usually bring my own pillows to rectify these kinds of situations, but this was going to be a short trip, so I left them at home. When we arrived, Josie was my "go to" at the front desk. She is, and always has been, an absolute pleasure to work with. Goes above and beyond what most hotel employees usually do. Since we arrived 3 hours early to check in, she did her best to get us into our rooms ASAP, and I was in a room within minutes of her contacting the housekeeping dept. As I was stepping off the elevator, housekeeping was just finishing vacuuming. There are refrigerators and microwaves in all the rooms, but no way to re freeze ice packs if you have them! Upgrade the fridges, please. My company has stayed in this hotel numerous times in the past, but looking at the reviews, it seemed time to give the place a bit of a boost on the star chart. I used Quality Inn and Suites for my wedding in 2009. The wedding consultant was great and very helpful. Gripes: They took our wedding cake away early and started cutting it before my husband and I got to cut it!! They forgot to feed two of my bridesmaids!! The elevators badly need updated and cleaned Praises: The wait staff was wonderful - we had a theme wedding and they even played along! The food was amazing! Get the potato soup, it's amazing! We had the stuffed chicken for the reception, it was really great. They had everything set up by 6AM that morning, it looks really great! read more

had to post this in its entirety on Yelp since their own review site would not let me write more than 1500 characters. If you are reading this you have done more homework than I did. First off kudos to you for due diligence and for what I was lacking in effort you shall reap the rewards of my misfortune. I only wish that I did as you are and took the time to read some of these reviews from my fellow disheartened travellers. This peculiar site did not live up to the Quality brand name I have put my faith in before. As of 7/31/16 this hotel is under major disrepair, and from the looks of their efforts to remedy the situation it probably will be in the same state for some time to come. From the moment I arrived in the parking lot I knew I made a horrible mistake in my choice of lodging. Just as the cracked and peeling paint I gazed upon flaked off the building so did my hopes of a pleasant stay trickle from my thoughts. On entry into the foyer you are hit with despair and also the smell of molding carpet. The question of where this smell was coming from did not stay long in my thoughts as it was plucked away from me as a drop of brownish water found its way thru the ceiling only to splash on to my shoulder. Check in was quick and easy, as the clerk was eager to get me to my room and take my attetion off of my surroundings. She did this with a smile and an expression that screamed "yea i know it's a mess but we're so glad your staying with us". The room I ordered was ready and waiting, for how long I wondered as the room had a stale smell for a non smoking room. It was like it sat waiting unoccupied hoping that some desperate traveller would come along. The room was spacious for a king suite and made up properly as one would put on a fresh coat of paint, trying to sell a used car with far too many miles. The glimmer of hope did not last long as I made my way about attempting to settle in. The room was awfully hot, even for a late July afternoon. While the air conditioning unit produced quite cooler air than I expected for a relic of the 70's it came at the cost of my peace and quiet. Similar to the rumble of my trucks diesel engine it was something I could over look and try to block out in a vain attempt to salvage my trip. Had this been the only disappointment of the trip I would have been happy. After not being able to find anything suitable to watch on the 20 something channels of cable I decided to venture out and canvas the property for other means of entertainment. As I explored the maze of hallways in such a poorly designed building (all the while anxiously wondering if there was a fire could I really find my way out of this place?) I had to make my way through many children running through the halls unaccompanied and unrestricted from any staff as they hooted and hollered. Seems like this was the only thing for them to do as the pool I was expecting was closed indefinitely for repairs. Yes that was a real let down as I looking forward to a refreshing swim after the 90°+ day I had out in the sun. Still not discouraged I retired to my room, slightly defeated but ready for some well deserved shut eye after a long day. After a long shower that had to substitute for a swim I climbed into bed only to be assaulted with the smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non smoking wing. My curiosity and temper was aroused as the particular smoke was not of the tobacco variety. As I contemplated the nature of the illicit substance as it was not if the variety one could grow in his own back yard I was jolted from my thoughts by the repetitive banging against the wall from the adjacent room. As I'm all for ones pleasure and would not want to interfere with such, and seems like the couple were enjoying themselves immensely by their audible conformation of the fact. this was the final straw, I'm a poker player and I know when it's time to fold em' and cut your losses while you still have some dignity. Packing up for the 3 hour ride home, (one I did not want to take after working all day hence the meaning of reserving this room) I was more disappointed in myself for not taking the time to find decent accommodations and for being able to be swayed from a actual hotel brand like the Holiday Inn down the street just to save $25. Don't worry I had plenty of time to kick my self in the a** on my drive home at one o'clock in the morning, but hey at least being angry kept me awake for the drive. read more

Absolutely worst hotel I ever stayed in! The musty moldy smell was almost unbearable! Had it not been for college graduation and no other rooms available in a 50 mile radius we would have left. There was water pouring down from the second floor to the first floor down the stairs carpet was soaking wet...floor flooded..ceiling tiles falling..pool still closed off..ice machines still not working..room stunk..went and bought air fresheners. Walking in you can tell this hotel used to be one classy joint...walk a little further in (or better yet get a room) and it becomes quite clear that not much (if anything) has changed since that time. The rooms are so old school that you could call them vintage, but most people nowadays associate vintage with trendy, hip, cool...none of those words fit what I'm talking about here so let's just call the decor...........old. The pool, again, you can tell this used to be amazing! It's huge, the largest indoor pool in the area (or even close) and a hot tub area. It's surrounded by hotel rooms with balconies overseeing the pool area and the ceiling is surrounded by glass (3 stories up). Sounds awesome, right?! Unfortunately in this century not so much. While the pool was functional when we visited, the hot tub was not (and it was an ugly sight). The pool area was again lost in time and everything was old, worn, and dirty. The glass surrounding the ceiling was old and dirty as well...old and dirty, I'm seeing a theme here........ The banquet area, well...you guessed it, old and dirty. There are actually old (1970's??) brass sconces on the wall holding fake beige taper candles with the dorky little "flame" bulbs. Maybe a nice touch for a Dicken's show performance but completely out of place for brides hoping for a modern (and by modern I mean anything in style 1968+) reception area (which is quite in contrast to the fancy/modern set up they have in their sales office). One thing I really hate about the hotel is that their security is also trapped in a time warp when everyone felt OK about not locking doors, it's actually exactly like that seeing as how none of the entrances (the side and back doors) lock. You can just waltz right in, no key needed. So why the 2 stars...why not 1? Two reasons. 1. Oliver's, it's a restaurant/bar that is located off of the lobby. It's OK food but a nice bar, they even host a dueling pianos show which is the bomb. 2. They FINALLY painted the outside, I am so happy about this (I live very close to the hotel) because I don't have to feel like I'm driving past a Soviet Detention Center pre 1983, which is exactly what the old peeling, rotting, hidious paint job made me feel like....thanks for the paint. read more

We were traveling thru and needed a place for the night. I should have looked at yelp prior to booking, but I did not cause we were tired and not to far up the road. Most of the ratings here are old so here is an update...... 3 stars mainly because of the staff! All were friendly, helpful and trying to do their job. Breakfast was great! You have a choice of about 5 main dishes, and it is cooked to order as you order! Fresh and tasty for a "free" breakfast! They also had fresh fruit, grapes and melon, on this morning...5 stars for that We were given a room on the 5th floor(top) and the free wifi worked fine but the hot water.......now that's a different story! No hot water at 10:30 pm when husband tried to shower and no hot water at 8 am when I tried to run a bath! I ran Water for a while till I felt guilty about wasting water.....not even warm! I tried the sink and it got almost warm and gave up on it all! The tub and surround looked almost new...maybe cause no one has used them! I didn't!!! When I asked about this at checkout, the young lady kindly told me that I needed to run it for 15 minutes!!! WHAT? Ice is only available in the breakfast/bar area and the pool is not open right now. They say they are working on it! Room was average (decor and cleanliness) but was quite large. read more

I have always had dinner at the restaurant inside this hotel and found it very classy and was often pleased. Staying at this hotel is another story. I was very surprised to find how very Motel 6 the rooms actually look. The paint was completely chipped off all the window sills in the room and there was no ac in any of the hallways or elevators. The pool room had a beautiful pool that looked like it hadn't been cleaned, shocked, or vacuumed in a week! There were band-aids floating in the water and band-aids on the deck amongst other brown things floating at the bottom of the pool. I thought okay maybe they haven't cleaned today...but they remained there for the remainder of my stay. There were also several plants in the pool room that were brown and dying like the staff never goes in there. It made the appearance of the hotel quite pathetic. I truly thought this hotel would be classy because I know many people have their weddings there and many people stay during Bears Camp. We had a death in the family in January 2017 and have relatives in the area so decided to stay at Quality Inn for one night. The hotel was under construction and from previous reviews it has been under construction for a VERY LONG TIME! The pool was also still not open and there is a dank kind of smell to the place. That is not the worst of it though...when I received my credit card bill I was charged an additional $250, when I called to inquire about this charge I was told that it was due to smoking damage in our room....well that is virtually IMPOSSIBLE because neither my husband nor I smoke. I also checked over the whole room before we left (as I do with any hotel I stay at to make sure I don't forget anything) and it was absolutely fine so I can't imagine what "damage" they could be referring to. I called at least 6 times to talk to the manager but he refused to answer or return the many messages I left. I tried to dispute this charge with my credit card company but apparently the manager responded to the card company with some line of bull shit and I got stuck paying for smoking damage when we don't even smoke!!! I can't tell you have pissed off I am, we will NEVER stay there again. I can't believe I was nice enough to decorate their front desk with the beautiful flowers from the funeral service. I would never have done that if I had known how they would misrepresent and mistreat us. The room was certainly not worth the $120 charge but ripping us off for another $250 at a terrible time like this really added to the misery. read more

My husband and I got booked here through Conway because his work truck had to be put in the shop and it'll be down for 2 days or so. I was pretty happy with what I read when I looked this place up, seeing that they have free hot breakfast, a fridge and microwave in every room, and free WiFi. However, I can't seem to get a WiFi signal up here on the 5th floor. I pick up the restaurant's WiFi, but the connection is unstable, so I can't use it anyway. There's only 30 TV channels, which sucks, and it's a tube TV, but whatever. The pool and hot tub are out of order, and from reading the reviews on here and seeing it's been out of order for over a year, I don't see them even trying to get it up and going again. However, I don't have a swimsuit anyway, and I was mainly just happy that the fitness center is operational. It's nothing fancy, just a treadmill, two bikes, and a weight bench, but good enough for me. The shower is awesome and has excellent pressure, but not made for tall people like my husband lol. The restaurant seems a little on the pricey side, but I can see Applebees from my room, but I'll be taking advantage of the free hot breakfast tomorrow. So overall, not the greatest motel, and I don't think it would be worth $80 out of my pocket, but it's not the worst I've seen either. read more

We stayed one night for a event that was going on at their hotel. Before we went back to our rooms for the night, our hallway right next to our room smelled horrible like marijuana. We contacted the hotel front desk a few times over this issue. The answer they gave us was "they would try to do something about it." with a pretty nasty attitude in their voice. A few hours later, when we got back to our room for the night, the marijuana smell was very strong now in our room. Once again, we called the front desk to let them know. We were told again "We will try to do something about it." Mind you we have quite a few children with us in our room, ranging in age from 17 years old to 2 years old. We were all starting to feel sick from the strong smell from the marijuana next door. We called the front desk AGAIN. Got the same answer, "We will try to do something about it." Nothing was done. We finally all tried laying down around midnight to try to get some sleep despite all of us feeling sick from the drugs going on next door. Now the room next door decided to start blaring music with loud bass. It was so loud we could hear every word from the rap music they were playing and could literally feel the bass of the music. This wall shaking bass lasted until around 5 am. Needless to say, we got absolutely no sleep. Especially our youngest because they are deathly afraid of loud noises. We called the front desk yet again. Once again, we got an attitude when we called with another problem. We were told "we will try to do something about it." First off.. I tried contacting the hotel by email to try to resolve our issues we had during our stay when we got back home. A guy named Pete Les messaged me back, asking what they could do to make it up to me. He was determined to give us a complementary stay, even though I already told him I will not be back to their hotel again in the future, regardless if the hotel is being remodeled at all. Our issues had NOTHING to do with the remodel the hotel is undergoing. I simply stated I would like a refund of our money we paid, because with our experience at the hotel that night, plus the attitude of the staff we dealt with, I feel like we shouldn't have had to pay to stay at such a horrible hotel. Lesson learnt, you get what you pay for!! I hope if you choose this hotel, you have a better experience than we did. I honestly would not go there period. There are much nicer hotels around where this one was located. read more

This place has allot of potential. However it has a long way to go before getting there. I had to stay here because of a wedding, otherwise I would have turned around and left. As soon as I got out of the elevator it smelled like a musty mold. The huge pool area looks like it was amazing at one point. However now it is closed, empty and the rafters are full of mold and rotted. The floors in the hallway were creaky and the carpet was old. The room was very outdated. There's a big boxy TV with a channel listing that is wrong. The electronics were all plugged in through a power strip that could barely reach the lamp. I went for a drink of water. I couldn't get any cold water from the sink. I went to find ice and the machine said it was out of order and to get ice from the restaurant downstairs. When I took a shower I had the temperature suddenly turn ice cold. Then it changed to scalding hot. And the bathtub nearly had me fall when I got in the shower it was so slippery. Another guest from the wedding party I spoke with said the same thing happened to them. They also said they saw a cock roach in thier room. The coffee in the room was so bad my wife and I had two sips and spit it out. Luckily there's a Starbucks near by. The breakfast was fantastic but that's because it's made by the awesome restaurant they have attached called Olivers. Unfortunately that restaurant didn't cater the food at the reception which was bland and tastless. I've had better food at a hosptial. I wanted to find good in this place. But out of all the hotels I've stayed at in my life (and there have been allot) this was my worst experience. They need to tear this place down and start again. read more
