We had a couple of meals at the onsite restaurant. My son had the breakfast buffet daily and we had some drinks / dinner on two of the nights. The restaurant in the evening seemed a bit short staffed and slow but it was okay. The morning staff was super sweet and attentive and the buffet is very reasonably priced. Our room did have a slight smell when we arrived but I didn't complain as we were exhausted and we got used to it. We slept well and were pleased with the bathroom amenities. Housekeeping came daily as well. The lobby is spacious and they were fine with bringing food in, so we ordered pizzas one night and the kids enjoyed that. The fitness room is small but more than adequate -- I wish I would have used it more. I would definitely stay here again - especially for future PPA tournaments at nearby Life Time Peachtree Corners!

Housekeeping was annoying to say the least. They even walked into my room unannounced and kept disturbing me. Sigh The front desk was busy my entire stay as some of the hurricane ida evacuees were staying here. The customer service I received was very friendly and personable. There was some misunderstanding with my reservations but this was quickly resolved. Overall, this was a good stay and served it's purpose intended. J.M. was kind, professional and very patient, as my family and I explored the options that TP had to offer. Eventually we settled on a beautiful apartment with an incredible view located in the upscale Inman Park neighborhood of midtown Atlanta. You can not go wrong with TP! Since we moved here, the entire staff (including B.C. , the Vice President) has been accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns we have. They work really hard to make life easy for us and it is so greatly appreciated. I can honestly say it has been smooth sailing since the day we moved in and I am so glad we can say that we made the right choice. All I knew is that we had to be no farther than 15-30 minutes driving time from the Lakewood Heights area. I was very anxious about renting a place for that length of time sight unseen, but I shouldn't have worried. TP Corporate Housing found us a wonderful apartment in Old 4th Ward, a two-bedroom with lightning-fast WiFi and (on most days, as Atlanta traffic is... well, Atlanta traffic) less than 15 minutes to Lakewood Heights. There were a couple teeny minor things- the finish in one of the sinks was peeling off, and the shower door didn't close unless you really tugged at it, but they were so minor, and were more than made up for by the spaciousness of the apartment, the great light, the garage parking, the fabulous location (right across from a park and steps from the Beltline), and the consideration given to the furnishings and household supplies. We didn't need to bring anything other than our clothes. We had a couple instances where we needed to reach out for minor maintenance issues, and TP responded very quickly and sent someone out to fix the issues in less than 48 hours. We were very sad to leave; we'd grown very attached to the apartment (and to Atlanta). I'm very grateful to TP Corporate Housing for helping make our stay a good one.

The property itself is beautiful, and check-in was smooth. The front desk representative who checked us in initially was friendly and professional. We were assigned Room 414, which initially seemed comfortable and well appointed. That all changed around 2:00 am, when a wall recessed alarm inside the room suddenly went off at a volume comparable to a fire alarm. It was loud, jarring, and immediately woke us up in a state of panic. We called the front desk immediately and were told this happens occasionally, there was no life safety concerns, and we did not need to vacate the property. The representative said she would reset the room by cutting and restoring power, which she noted sometimes resolved the issue. What was truly surprising (the alarm itself aside), was how familiar the representative was with the problem; this made it clear this wasn't the first time it had occurred. Unfortunately, the reset did not work. About 20 minutes later, after we had settled back into bed, the alarm went off again. When we called the front desk back, we were told our only options were for them to turn off the power to the room for the remainder of the night or move to another room for what would have only been a few remaining hours of sleep. Turning off the power wasn't an ideal option because my husband's medical sleep device requires continuous power, and after being jolted awake multiple times, relocating in the middle of the night felt like another unnecessary disruption. I understand that systems fail and unexpected mechanical issues can happen. However, because it was clear this was a known, recurring issue, it felt like a missed opportunity to address a maintenance problem before placing a guest in that room. Being repeatedly awakened by a blaring alarm is not a minor inconvenience, especially when is avoidable. As a Hilton Honors member who stays at Hilton properties frequently, I found this experience especially disappointing. The response felt reactive rather than proactive and did not mirror the level of service either one of us had come to expect from the Hilton brand (especially a Curio Collection property). The Hamilton is a beautiful hotel in a prime location, but a hotel stay ultimately comes down to comfort and rest. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here, hopefully this feedback helps prevent similar experiences for future guests.

The vibe felt off, my room key repeatedly failed to work from outside due to what I was told was a broken door, and parking comes at an additional $9/day. The noise level is bonkers. They said they were full. They stated I would be on the top floor and stocked with coffee and blankets for the bed. As seen by the photos, neither was confirmed or delivered. In contrast, the Hilton next door offers free parking and a much more comfortable, odor-free environment. Overall, this stay was disappointing and far from relaxing. He told me that he didn't have a room for me. I asked if I needed to wait a few minutes until 3:00, he just shrugged and said he didn't know. I was a bit confused, and told him I had a room booked. He just looked at me and said "I don't know, we had 15 rooms that requested a late check out". I was a little bit baffled, so I just stood there looking at him. He eventually got on the phone and spoke to someone, then told me he'd found me a hearing accessible room. He was very dismissive and almost rude during our entire interaction, it was very odd. The room itself was fine, but I'd be very hesitant to book again based on how I was treated. He was working again the next morning when I checked out, and had the same dismissive attitude. The manager reached out to me to discuss what happened, and how they intended to move forward. I really appreciated their response, so I'm updating this review.
