From the moment we landed, our stay was great! Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the airport at around 2 AM. Despite the shuttle service no longer running, Krishna went to the airport to pick us up. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good, especially the sausage gravy. During our stay in Kentucky, we stayed at three different hotels and this was by far the best, based mostly on the excellent service by the staff that was in attendance. Anit and Pearl were great when I realized that I had left something in my room upon check out. They made sure to go to the room, retrieve my items and hold them for me. I sent them a prepaid label and they took care of everything to send the items back to me. I called several times about the items and they were helpful and patient every single time. With regard to the accommodations, the property was clean, the room was spacious, and my wife and I were very comfortable. The one thing that really sticks out in my mind regarding our stay was the attention to making us feel at home and appreciated by the staff. Thank you, Pearl and Co. We will be back! read more

Funny what passes for a suite these days. It's just a larger room with high ceilings. Still only one sink and a tiny window, which was fine. The good news is that it is inexpensive. The bad news is that it really needs an overall overhaul and renovation. Heater didn't work in our room so we had to use the space heater in the bathroom to not freeze. When we told the front desk, there was no apology or concern. Breakfast was a standard Quality inn breakfast. Overall, if you are looking for something cheap and right off the interstate, this is it. But if you are looking for quality, this is not it. To be clear we used their parking service not the actual hotel. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I've never seen a place as mismanaged as this hotel. We arrived at 4 am to drop off our car and it was clear it was oversold. They had people parking on grass, sidewalks, and street parking- it looked very unsettling and sketchy. It was $5.95/day almost half what the airport parking charged, so I thought, what the hell. When we landed at cvg we called the shuttle and they said it was on it's way. 15mins later we called and again they said they were on their way. We found out right around that point that we were standing at passenger pickup not where they pick up. So we walk back there and call them again mention we were standing there now, they said "oh yeah he came by and you weren't there, so he left." Odd, since I gave them my phone number to call me when they got there and i got no call. When we got to the right waiting spot, a couple was there that'd been waiting over 40mins for them. So they outright lied that they had come out at all. Almost 1hr later and multiple phone calls later, we arrived at our car. Never again. read more

I agree with the other reviews. I ignored some other site reviews because of price, but that was a mistake. The night staff was young and flaky. When we arrived it was a young girl and when I went to find her because we had problems with the key a min. later she was outside smoking already. She was sweet though immature for a night position like that. Then when I went to complain about the AC the young man that was there did nothing, but right it down in a spiral notebook. He didn't even offer another room, which according to the morning staff there was space he could have done that. The morning staff used the excuse that because the AC units are expensive they are only slowly replacing them. Sir, it is a HOTEL you fork out money to get customers to cover those costs. If you don't want to spend money than save us all time and our money and just close. The morning staff, who I think was the manager, but didn't want us to know, was rude. My mom was gracious and kind thanked him multiple times and every time he just didn't ignored her. No "your welcome"...nothing. Well sir you just lost more stars for your hotel. No one treats my family like that, especially my parents. I don't care how nice your place is. Food was so-so. They were already out of waffle mix at 6:30 am. I gave them one star, because the room was clean even if flaky and another star only because of the friendly shuttle driver, who is obviously working his tail off. They do allow people to park long term in there parking lot for $4 a day, if you don't want to pay the airport long-term fees. The name is Quality Inn, but "Mediocre Inn" is more like it. The hallways smell like chemicals and funk. The rooms are average but l found a few bugs on the walls and mold growing on my lamp. The "fitness room" is a rusty junkyard. No Dumbbells and the equipment is sketch. This stuff came straight from a garage sale. The only machine had no pin to adjust weights so I rolled the dice on safety and went MacGyver on a clothes hangar to make it work. The breakfast is either powdered or in a box. Horrid Service: Used hotel to park my car and shuttle to/from airport at CVG. Upon arriving we had to wait 15-20 for the driver to finish vacuuming and doing other miscellaneous task before being dropped off at the airport. When arriving back to Cincinnati, I called at 4:32pm and was told the shuttle would arrive at 5pm. 5:15pm went by and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. I had threaten to have my price lowered since my service was awful. Driver finally came at 5:25pm. I basically waited an hour. Staff was not apologetic! Will NEVER use them again. read more

Well the reason these guys get three stars is because the rooms were a lot nicer than the property overall I was a bit dismayed when I walked in the door and really just made when I got in the elevator and stuff was coming off the walls and it was not a confidence Builder. When I got to my room on the 4th floor the whole hallway smells like fried chicken it was really pretty overwhelming. I didn't even think of the irony of that given that I was in Kentucky now. But when I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised and that it was actually pretty decent and modern so I didn't have any complaints about that, the courtesy van to the airport at 4:30 in the morning was packed so make sure that you make a reservation, and the front desk manager at night when I checked in was good. So even though it was kind of initially disconcerting and I certainly didn't like the smell in the hallway overall it turned out okay. I wouldn't say that I would recommend that you seek out this hotel but at the same time If you're like me and you got your reservation through hotels.com it isn't the end of the world. I give the rooms for stars and overall the whole place we get 3 stars. read more

Our room had exposed wires, shower smelled like mildew, bathroom was dirty, ice bucket was dirty, sheets and pillow cases stained, faucet on sink broken, old food under chair cushion. The entire 4th floor was hot and smelled like cigarette smoke. The ice machine on 4th floor didn't work. The exercise equipment was busted up, exposed wires, the room smelled. Had to cancel a 1 night reservation for this site....did so 6 weeks in advance, received a cancellation confirmation, etc. The morning after the date I would have been there, a charge, (higher than the original rate, btw) shows up on my credit card. They billed me for a "no show" for a cancelled reservation! 4 phone calls, 3 emails later, they still would not respond to correct it. Ended up disputing with my credit card to get this reversed. Disgusting. I found several stains on my pillows and sheets. I asked the maid to replace my sheets while I was out. She complained and said there was no need, but I pressed her and said there were blood stains on the sheets. She reluctantly agreed. When I came back the same sheets were on my bed and the maid had gone home for the night. Also the curtains don't close so the street lights shine through all night making it feel like eternal sunrise, not great at 2AM. It's cheap for a reason. Do NOT stay here. read more

What you would expect for around $50 a night for up to 4 people to stay at with free breakfast. Yeah it is a little dirty and a few things are broken. Bring your pillow I would compare the pillows here to a basketball and the room toilets are super short. But over all it has a nice mostly clean non-ghetto feel. If your looking for a niceish cheap place that your not afraid of getting robbed or catching any diseases to stop on your way somewhere this place is great. If your looking for a vacation relaxing getaway pay double the price somewhere else. The hotel provides a free shuttle to a nearby airport. The staff are a little feisty but overall they are nice and care about their hotel and customers. I'll be stopping by again on a quick over night on my way somewhere. read more

This hotel was exactly what we needed: it was quiet, clean, comfortable and centrally located between two destinations that we were in the area to see. I pre-bought the room through their website - a 2-queen non-smoking room for three nights averaged to $70/night (one night was week rate, two nights were weekend rate). It was just what I have come to expect with Quality. The room was clean and well maintained. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained, no issues with water pressure or water temperature. We generally don't care for hotel A/C units because of their noise - but I must comment that the A/C unit in our room here was the QUIETEST unit I have ever come across in any hotel, and it worked really well. The breakfast bar was well-stocked (options included Belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, toast and bagels, fruit, danishes, hard-boiled eggs, juice and coffee) and the dining area was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool, and even though it was only 5' deep, it was still enough to be refreshing for the grown-ups, too. I was concerned that, with the proximity to the airport, noise would be an issue, but it was not a problem at all, the room was very quiet. We didn't experience any of the staff issues that others have commented on here - we checked in late (11:30pm), and the guy behind the desk was friendly enough. I needed to make a video conference call on a Friday morning at 6am, and the staff allowed me to procure a meeting room so I could have quiet and privacy. All of the staff we encountered - behind the desk, housekeeping, breakfast service and maintenance - were friendly (maybe it helps that we have friendly kids that are not bashful to talk to them). I would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. read more

Stayed here for 3 nights (August 2018); comfortable bed, clean room; no smells in rooms and A/C worked very well. Breakfast was pretty good, but found coffee too watery. Sausage patties tasteless. The hall carpet vs room carpet created quite the contrast! Guess I like more of a flow or more neutral looks. Paint color could be improved; once again this is a personal preference for neutral calm colors. Clean, comfortable place with nice arrangement. If you are in a pinch and need a room, well you have to do what you have to do. This facility could care less about you and moreover, the facility needs a lot (and I mean lot) of work. More on the side of a complete renovation. Dirty, cracked walls. Smelly, old and dated carpeting. What they say is a queen bed really is a full size bed. When they say a shuttle to the airport arrives at a certain time, expect to be 20 minutes late and without a care on their part. This place was absolutely foul, I never write reviews but this felt completely necessary. This place was horrifying from the second we opened the door and it REEKED of smoke. The scent was so nasty we tip toed around the room disgusted finding what appeared to be blood on the wall and carpet. To then removing the decorative sheet that had cigarette hole burns in it to find stains, marks, and tears on the comforter. On top of this there was barf dried up on the box spring down onto the carpet. I have never seen or experienced something so outrageous. We immediately gathered our belongs and walked over to the hotel next door and requested a taxi service to the airport to sleep until our flight. We did not feel safe or comfortable in the Quality Inn and would absolutely not recommend this hotel to a any individuals. We chose to sleep at the airport rather than feel that our safety was in jeopardy and remain in a filthy environment. Had to check in here last miminute for business as my usual hotel was sold out. Got to room and the sink and bathroom floor are dirty the bed skirts are dirty. There is still a washcloth hanging on the shower rod so i am pretty sure the shower was not cleaned. 2 queen beds with 3 small pillows on each and a dirty bed spread on each to match Little fruitflies..2 so far...in the room. This place is just gross!!!! I'm sure a motel for less money would be better than this dump!! I had to prepay to guarantee the room..non refundable of course..otherwise I'd be gone! We got this hotel for a family weekend to swim and relax, but apparently you get what you pay for. I got this on priceline for $59 but the room was cramped and the pool is outdoor only, so just be aware of that if you brought your kids here to do some swimming during the cold months. The breakfast is complimentary which is a bonus, but it's nothing elaborate just waffles and cereal, no fresh fruit or eggs/sausage. Overall I think I'd rather pay an extra $20 next time to have a bigger room with an indoor pool. read more

Where to begin.... Pros Easy check-in at 10:30pm. Accessibility to various shopping in both Hebron and Cincinnati. Cons Price, especially in what you get and the overcharge on pets ($10 per pet per night). Usually we are not charged for our two small dogs, or if we are, it's a one-time flat fee. Lack of cleanliness -- for example, we found a cigarette underneath the seat cushion in the room, tons of stains on the sheets, stains on the tub, a cigarette burn in the comforter. Shoddily fixed bathroom appliances. The rod in the shower broke several times in which I had to repeatedly fix it during my stay. In our specific room, the toilet did not stop running. In our specific room, we could not completely shut the curtains. The pillows were small and rather uncomfortable. The fitted sheets kept slipping off the mattress. The breakfast bar contained low quality food, a lack of choices, and was super crowded starting as early as 7:30am. They need to expand the breakfast area and open a second bar due to the amount of people that stay at the Quality Inn nightly to prevent any future overcrowding. No A/C in the hall or other public areas in the hotel with the exception of the individual rooms. There was a running fan in the lobby however. Since we were here in the summer, it was brutal. Too. Many. Kids. Some were children of the hotel staff. Others were children of people staying at the hotel. There appeared to be no adult supervision with any of the kids (ages 4-16) on the site; they seemed to be free to roam wherever (for example, hanging out in the hallways past 11:00pm). In fact, a large group of them (about 8) took over the pool during our stay of 4 days even when other people were simply trying to do laps. I avoided the pool for this reason. Even though the pool hours are set starting at 10:00am and ending at 10:00pm, this was not followed by the hotel guests and not enforced by the hotel. This was especially painful when our room was right next to the pool. The pool was closed for over 24 hours due to cleaning. Security at the hotel was non-existent with the exception of a couple security cameras. Doors either were propped open in the back/on the sides (I believe due to the lack of A/C) or the locks did not work. I am not sure why the Quality Inn Corporation (or I suspect the family that owns this franchise) will not invest in this particular hotel, especially since they were "sold out" (according to the front desk person) for the majority of the time we were there. Despite all the cons, there is an upside. I have been inspired to save more money for any future trips to Hebron, Kentucky, and will never ever stay at a Quality Inn again. read more
