It's clean, but I didn't get the room I reserved and the pool turned our feet blue! Not a good experience!

There was no elevator. I could see into other rooms from the hall way it smelled like fish. The policy was refunds under 24 hours would not give us refund the beds had stains so did the curtains also who place reeked of cigarettes. The carpets were stained. There was a patch in the wall behind the toilet so it wasn't painted the Tolstoy paper was half used and had something brown on it. Along with all of this the whole town didn't smell very good. Would not stay. Do not stay.

Complimentary mountain dew left by maintenance or housekeeping.

Extremely displeased with our stay. The good first. Front desk lady was nice. Bed was comfortable. That's where it ends. We booked our room specifically with a fridge because of kids and expected to have leftovers since we wouldn't be arriving until around midnight. The BAD: - Our room was missing the tv remote. For whatever reason, the tv was unplugged and there was no remote to be found, so we couldn't use the tv. - The fridge was missing. Even though we booked and paid for a room with a fridge, there was no fridge. - The bathroom door wouldn't shut and stay closed. This was a danger incase our toddler got curious in the middle of the night. - The main door to the room appeared to have been kicked in at one point. The strike plate was completely missing, the lock barely engaged with the hole in the door jamb, the security latch was also missing, and the door frame was so crooked that you could see out and into the room with the door closed. I'd assume this is a MAJOR privacy issue. We rely on the security latch to keep our kids from trying to escape the room but we lost a lot of sleep just trying to make sure they didn't get up in the middle of the night and try to open the door. - While the room was mostly clean, we did get a bonus can of mountain dew in our window-sill. - The next morning, we got to breakfast about 45 minutes before it closed but the hot food was all gone. There was no more hot food being made, so we settled on yogurt and cereal. - Went back for seconds on the yogurt and found that every single yogurt in the cooler was expired by 4 days. Cant' really prove if this expired yogurt was the cause of my son's upset stomach for the 5.5 hour drive home or not, but if a business is going to offer up complimentary food, it should not be expired just for public health reasons. My list of bad was more than I cared to deal with at midnight on a Saturday. I had 2 cranky kids with me that just were ready for bed and I didn't want to mess around with playing music hotel rooms. I sucked it up, slept light, and will never stay here again. The lady at the front counter was very nice, and she likely may have helped with all our issues, but it was just too much and almost to the point where we would have gone next door to the other hotel in the area. The 3 main reasons I won't stay here again though are the following: - Security issues: The door likely could have easily been opened up with a credit card the way the door was. - Privacy Issues: The door being cracked open, we actually went into the room and moved a footstool in front of the door. We also hung towels up so you couldn't peer in through the crack. - Food safety: Expired yogurt only scratches the surface to what else could be expired in the food area. Milk, OJ, Juice, any cooking products in the hot portions that I never got, etc. The slogan right inside my key packet says "Get your Moneys Worth". If that's true, then this room should have been 10 bucks, not 100.

The rooms are very poor, broken safety lock, outlet falling off the wall. Only 1 stars because the breakfast was okay. Need a major update.

First time at a Quality Inn. Comfy beds, pillows and ssheets.Avetahe room is spacious, has a microwave and mini fridge (no mini bar). The walk-in to my room had a strong cleaning smell that was almost unbearable. But that honestly could've been my one room, as I'm sure it was. Bit pricey, but nice rooms.

I was charged three multiple times I booked my room through Priceline I went and spoke to the manager of the hotel he told me that they were pending charges I would need to wait a few days and see if it was credited back to my account I came back to my room I called Priceline to be proactive about the situation and make sure that these charges were not going to be posted to my account the next morning when I went to get my Continental free breakfast the manager told me basically that I should not have called Priceline because he already told me that I needed to wait a few days like I said I was trying to be proactive about the situation and make sure that I wasn't going to be charged so I called the company that I booked the room through he proceeds to tell me that I made a mess in the dining room and he was going to charge me for that mess then he proceeds to tell me that I better hope my room's not dirty because I'm going to be charged for it he proceeds to tell me not to come back to his hotel all because I was trying to be proactive and I called Priceline well it is now my understanding that if you call Priceline they charge the hotel that's what he's upset about is that he's being charged because I called Priceline because all I was trying to do was be ahead of the game and make sure that I wasn't charged three multiple times for my room because it's my money and I want to make sure I'm not being charged over for somewhere I only stayed one night at. I do not recommend this hotel at all I asked him if he had a customer service line he told me he was the customer service he owned the hotel. He was extremely rude to me I made the waffles wrong from the free continental breakfast and he said what is this man you made a mess you didn't use the waffle maker right I said I'm sorry I've never used one of those I didn't know how to use it I didn't know that the cup that was sitting there wasn't to fill with the pancake mix it was actually a spatula holder there is no sign that says that he proceeds to berate me the entire time I'm sitting there eating by breakfast while he's walking around cleaning the dining room and he's berating me the entire time telling me I shouldn't have called Priceline now he has to pay if he has to pay I have to pay. I certainly would recommend a one-star hotel before I recommended this hotel.

So if outdated & warn bother you this currently is not the place for you. With that in mind, the staff here is amazing. From the front desk, to housekeeping I have not met an employee yet that hasn't been amazing. I've been here for two weeks and everyone is just great. If I've had issue with something (because it is an older hotel waiting for a facelift) the staff has been amazing and fixed whatever the issue was. You can have the nicest, newest hotel and if the staff is like talking to a lazy, rude paper weight who is not helpful it ruins the whole experience. No matter what changes in the hotel keep the staff. Give them a raise and tell them how amazing they are doing because without them you'd just be another chain hotel no one remembers or cares to come back too when in your area. Being away from home for so long is tough, but friendly faces whenever you leave your room I great. No one wants to talk to "Karen" who can't be bothered cuz it's not her problem. I was able to do my laundry there even in the dated machines. Success. Clothes went in dirty and came our clean. Cooked in the microwave from 1996 and it tasted just as good. Questioned if it was going to explode or give me a tumor from radioactive waves by the sound of it... but so far so good. Nice flat screen TV I was able to hook my Roku to but had to use my hotspot as the Wifi wasn't strong/fast enough. Also worked out. Large well lit parking lot for safety for you & your vehicle so you don't have to worry about getting lost in the darkness. McDonalds right across the street if your 1996 microwave can't cut it and you become really desperate. Warm breakfast each morning. Some kind of meat (sausage, bacon etc) eggs. There has been other thing also. Ice is only on the second floor but let's face it, I'm sure you could use the steps. (Like health wise... elevator works fine). Venting machine on the first floor for all your usual overpriced last minutes impulse snack needs like all hotels. I had a room with a jacuzzi tub that yes was dated and warm. Tub is warm & HUGE! I could fit me and 3 of my favorite Guns & Roses band members in it. I didn't try the jets but it rocked all the same. I needed to make a few modifications to my room for my service K9 and they were super helpf! If you value staff experience over newest and fanciest, this is for you. Tell them Jane sent you.

The person working the front desk was friendly and looked like she was doing 3 jobs at once. The bartender was fast efficient and made great cocktails. Some of our concerns go to more managerial issues. As an example, the heat in our room did not work and our room was as cold as the outside. Being middle of January we were literally sitting in our rooms in hats, gloves and coats. The staff did bring up some space heaters to help raise the temperature, which eventually worked. The wine pairing dinner we attended was just ok, but at 70 dollars a person I would expect more than using small plastic cups for the pairings. The food itself was really good, so my compliments to the chef. If the room price was more reasonable and not 450 per night I would be less critical. The cost just didn't match the expectation
