    Hairs in the shower.

We visit Bedford PA six or seven times a year. This was our first time (and will be the last time) we stayed at The Quality Inn. The first morning after stepping in the shower I found several long black hairs on the shower wall. We brought it to the attention of the staff at the front desk (showing pictures). We requested that our room be thoroughly cleaned while we were out. 12 hours later we returned to discover the shower still had the same hairs on the shower wall. This time the staff (including the manager on duty) was not very professional. We were told that 3 different people cleaned and inspected our bathroom. We were never offered to have the bathroom cleaned again or be moved to another room. We were treated like we planted the hairs to get our stay comped. I had to request that the bathroom be cleaned. The manager on duty did come down to our room clean the shower herself. Her explanation was that the hairs were coming from the cleaning brush. If this is true, that means the brush was also not cleaned very well. This is unacceptable. Also, if you are diabetic or on a low carb diet, the breakfast choices are slim. There was plenty of bread, bagels, muffins and waffles. However, no protein options or eggs. Bananas and apples were the only option. The only positive thing I can say is that Judy, the front desk person that checked us out, was very apologetic about our experience. However, this is not enough to change our mind about ever staying here again.

Their brag wall includes ServSafe certification, as well as the County Fair ribbon...

A pretty standard budget hotel. Yes, there is a pool, but you'll need to ask for towels. Yes, there is free breakfast, but you better not take more than your share. Yes, breakfast options are limited, but that only matters if you want to drink something other than cranberry juice. It's adequate, but nothing extra. Had the price been $70, instead of $130, I'd give it a better review. It's a budget motel - nothing lor

Dog hair and pubes on the sheets and floor. Really rude staff and really the most disgusting place I've ever been. Avoid like the plague.

This was a great place for the price. The pool is nice, staff is great. The breakfast was plentiful. I would stay here again easily.

My mom talked about this property for years. She lived in Pennsylvania and attended a wedding and…read moreshe was always convinced I'd love it here. I was living in California and every time I'd get back to the east coast, she'd suggest going here. Unfortunately, we never got to experience a visit here together after she suddenly passed from an aggressive cancer. It became my goal to come here and visit with her on my mind. Years later, I moved back to the east coast and booked a random weekend just for fun. I'm married now with kids so we made the drive here to experience all that the Omni had to offer. I've stayed at other Omni resorts and I wavered on what this place would land on ratings wise. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with a lot of history that I loved learning about. My kids absolutely loved the indoor pool. It is as gorgeous as the photos look. It's a nice spot, especially when it's a chilly Pennsylvania day like when we visited. With that said, there isn't a ton to do here with kids. It was the perfect amount of time for us, but met other families who were struggling to keep their own kids occupied. There are some really nice trails around the property, which are perfect. And you can also check out some free toys and games from one of the shops inside. That said, if you don't have great weather, options can be limited. We didn't get a chance to visit the spa, but the space looks amazing from what I saw online. The rooms were spacious and well set up for a family. We ate at a few of the restaurants on site. Service was mostly on point though the tavern was really off. Our server was perfectly friendly but pretty much messed up the entire order. I would go back but not sure I'd be eager to rush back anytime soon. We did enjoy the experience but I think a few bumps could be worked out such as helping with our luggage upon arrival. We were able to valet but couldn't find anyone to help us with the bags and the rolling carts don't easily go over the front door to get inside. Between me and my partner, we were able to make it work. But it's those small details that make a property really stand out.

Afterward, we had lunch at the Frontier Tavern, and everything was fantastic. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff we interacted with went above and beyond to make our visit special. From the spa to lunch, the entire experience was memorable and truly exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect way to celebrate a birthday, and we can't wait to come back again.
