This place was ok. Our room was not dusted in ages, actual cobwebs, floor not well vacuumed it…read morelooked as if dirt clods from shoes were all over the floor. You could tell the ceiling had leaked and not fixed. The worst was the bed was like a large marshmallow! We slept on the edge of the bed so we didn't sink! Some general upkeep and cleaning would do wonders we will stay in Paducah next time.

We had to stay overnight in KY for a family reunion. It was 3 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 small dogs…read more Found this place online and it was the best deal for everyone if we booked the suite. It looks very small from the street and maybe only have 8-9 rooms I think. It was very easy to check in and the lady was very nice. There is covered parking right in front of your room door. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked inside. It had a spacious living room area with a tv sofa coffee table and large chair, along with a kitchen, full size fridge, microwave, sink, actual dishes, coffee maker, a dining room table that seated 4 people. The king size bed was in this room. There was a small bathroom in the hall. There was a door that led to the other bedroom in the suite that had its own tv, a queen size bed, and then a huge bathroom. The shower was a walk in shower and was about as big as the other bathroom in the hall! The beds were very comfortable (I kinda wish I had that mattress at home) and the rooms were very clean. It felt like we were at a home away from home. Bonus was that they are pet friendly! There was some wear and tear in a few places. There was a little paint peeled off in the queen bedroom at the baseboard and the tile on the kitchen counter was cracked pretty good. It was nothing that was really noticeable if you weren't OCD lol. The checkout process was easy....just leave the keys on the table. We will definitely be staying here again if our family reunion is in KY again next year!

Will never stay here again. They are remodeling this hotel and had the audacity to hang a sign like…read morethis up by the elevator. Yeah yeah I know they can get in if they want to anyway but most reputable hotels will block rooms or floors out for booking when they are doing remodeling. I know that decision costs money and time because there are unoccupied rooms for a long period of time but good hotels do that to protect privacy. I guess this hotel doesn't give a shit.

I was upgraded to a nicer room. I had a relaxing evening in the room. I slept well. I woke up and,…read morewhat I had hoped would be a nice relaxing shower, turned into a chaotic turn of events. With hair full of conditioner; the alarm, loud alarm, went off... while I was shaving my legs. A very quick rinse, towel around hair, putting on yesterday's clothes, throwing all belongings into my bag and heading as fast as I could to get out of the hotel. I had no desire to wait around for firepeople to check the place, and to be allowed back in. In the lobby I noticed people going about normal business. After putting all my belongings into my car, I went back to the front desk. Response, oh, sometimes the shower steam sets off the alarm. Management is replacing devices. Why was I upgraded to a room that had such a problem that it would disturb my piece of mind? I didn't take my medicine, I hed conditioner in my wet hair. I didn't get to brush my teeth. I had no inclination to haul my luggage back into the room. I went into the first floor restroom to get a tissue to dry my ears..and there were no tissues. I got tissues at the front desk. I also asked why there had been no cups in my room, was I to use the coffee cups for coffee and teeth brushing? Oh, there were suppose to be plastic cups in the room. This is not the way to start a day. Management: get your detectors fixed pronto. Don't put people in the rooms where this situation will happen. I stayed at your hotel two weeks before without incident ...but will be hesitant to stay here for some time.
