Loved our stay at the Drury Inn. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival. The lobby area was very warm and welcoming. Our room was very clean, well lit and cozy. The beds were comfortable as well. They have hot breakfast in the morning and an evening reception with hot food, snacks and drinks. The staff in the dining area kept the tables and food areas very clean and made sure the food items stayed well stocked. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you ever need to book a hotel in this area. read more

Having lived in Europe for the past 30+ years, I had not heard of Drury Hotels. I booked a room for two nights in Sikeston, Missouri. My goodness was I in for surprise. The Drury inn and suites are now my favorite hotel chain in the USA. The rooms are immaculate. The staff at the hotel truly take their jobs seriously. I had the most clean room I have ever stayed in. The staff were so kind and courteous. Do yourself a favor and stay at a Drury inn and suites. They are truly the best. They offer breakfast every morning. They offer a light dinner every night. At the dinner each guest is allowed three complementary alcoholic drinks. The Drury hotel is my go to place now. read more

I enjoy staying at the Drury INN when I travel. They have excellent customer service (by Laurie), the establishment is well decorated, there is plenty of parking, they have a bottle refill station, breakfast and clean rooms. This one had them ALL. We checked in late due to travels. Were greeted with a smile and polite conversation regarding holiday and travel. We received a corner room. The facility was beautiful for Christmas and smelled great. Our room was clean, large and perfect for our one night stay. Yes they do charge a $50.00 damage hold fee but it goes back on your card as long as you return the room in good condition. Breakfast is a great spread with pancakes that have the signature D for Drury in the middle of it after it cooks. Great experience for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend. read more

July 2025 Drury Inn & Suites Sikeston Sikeston (((Heartless, cruel manager came to room w cop while I was in bed having autoimmune disease episode w papers of diagnosis in my hand to throw me in jail/pup in pound or get out after coming up to get different card because they refused my cash downstairs and I needed to lay down.Had been paid up to date for 6 days prior.))) Threw me out in short amount of time or he was taking me to jail/throw my sweet pup in pound/put my stuff out. Manager knew I had just tried to pay cash for at desk (look at security cameras!) for this extended 7th night needed due to (their AC) out making me change rooms at 3:30am. Just said downstairs I must go take medication/lay down/I would get different card after spell passes since THEY refused cash. Was here 6 nights. 2nd time to change rooms from AC not working properly/plus washer broke after put clothes in full of detergent. Finished washing by hand in tub.) It Was still fine with me until she called at noon saying check out was past. I said yesterday U said I had tonight discount rate. Didn't get to bed till 5am night changed rooms/had to check out at 11am go back to my other room mechanic fixed AC making me unable to complete what I needed to do. I Had been doing gobs of work there 6 days with one bed/floor full of boxes/paperwork sorting and computers. I also had shoulder surgery recently not supposed to be lifting w my dominant right arm. I struggled with left arm/leg/hip dragging that heavy stuff to my room. I'm alone on trip with small multipoo dog. Manager/counter staff yesterday were not friendly kinda roll eyes when I asked for discount for tonight. She had agreed. She then refused discount today hateful/rude said had pay full amount today. I had to take it with everything still all over not finished. I said be down in bit. I have an autoimmune disease to deal with 24/7. I got to counter feeling worse. Get spells randomly where I'm worse and must sit/lay or I will pass out. After spell is over usually 15-20 minutes I then feel very drained/very nauseous/shaky inside. My card didn't go through. I had $800 cash. Had enough right there at counter to pay in full this one last night I needed due to motel AC stuff breaking. She said no. Must be a card. I said I have to go up to room/take medication/lay down/get different card and come back. Counter lady that was with her yesterday and rude was treating me like a hardened criminal. My spell was getting worse. I said I had to go lay down now. She said no wouldn't allow my card to work. My dog/medication in room. I had to lay on their couch right there in big entrance room embarrassing in front of everyone. Mechanic also first aid checked pulse. I explained pulse/blood pressure shoots up while oxygen drops. Would have dropped in floor at counter if stayed. He was very caring. The two women very rude/hateful/heartless. I called manager a b. That's exactly how she acted. She then took revenge on 58 yr old customer w chronic illness having episode. Which gets worse w stress.Manager let mechanic let me in room. I took meds/laid down w papers in hand showing I have small fiber sensory neuropathy that wreaks havoc on every inch inside/out. That's when she comes in w police very mean saying get out. Sees me in bed w my blood pressure machine/diagnoses paper in hand. They cared none so heartless. Made me sign trespassing papers that they refused to give me a copy of. Said get out all the way off both Drury & Pear tree property by 4:30. Knowing I'm alone had the cash/was having SFSN flare spell I have daily. Stress making much worse is why I was still laying down. They were so mean eyes glaring/piercing as I slowly got up jarring feeling inside/feeling like throwing up. They said if you're sick we'll call you an ambulance put all of your stuff out and your dog in the pound. By this time I was thinking I could go cause think dehydrated. But threatening my pup in pound she'd be scared/alone. I slowly got out w couple nice people offered lift suit cases in car. Watch cameras inside how awful they were. Ask mechanic about my pulse. He knows people w autoimmune diseases. That manager should be no where near customer or customer service jobs! A Monster! Sikeston Mo.)). I Also know these laws below that apparently your arrogant, revengeful manager does not care about. Just like she cared none about me/my puppy dog. I'm from St. Louis area. I bet people would be just as appalled about this happening to my pet puppy dog as me if they saw this on our local news channels. Please see below so this doesn't happen to anyone else.3. We were surprised to find out that we had complementary dinner and breakfast and three free drinks at happy hour. Our room was a little warm and Peyton upgraded us to a suite which went above and beyond. She was friendly and accommodating and very helpful. She did everything from printing directions for us to clearing away the plates at breakfast time. I cannot say enough positive things about Peyton. I would absolutely stay there again. 10 out of 10. read more

This Drury was newly renovated and one of the most up to date Drurys I've stayed in. The hotel was not full on the night we stayed and our room on the fourth floor was pretty quiet. The floors were really solid and I couldn't hear my own footsteps when walking around the room, which was good. I did hear some distant road noise in the wee hours of the morning, but that was just because I was restless. There was an additional seating area off the lobby, and everything was pretty clean. Our double queen room was roomy. Parking was free as well as breakfast, which included both hot and cold options. In addition to coffee, there was Lipton tea, both regular and decaf. There were also several USB charging ports in our room. There was a Mexican restaurant on each side of the hotel. Not sure if both were still in business, but we did walk to one and have dinner. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. read more

Stayed the night a few weeks ago. It was very good, nice and clean. The evening lunch was very tasty and the breakfast was also very good. They gave me a very nice Veterans Discount. A few weeks later while returning back home we stayed at Holiday Inn at Granada, MS very much over priced almost no Veterans Discount. The breakfast was very bad (it has no taste how can you make so much food with no taste at all???) and the bath tub was filthy, amazing difference in 2 hotels. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, professional, & knowledgeable. Our king suite was at a comfortable temperature, it was very nice, clean, with comfy bed. The bathroom was absolutely impeccable. This Drury Inn & Suites is also pet friendy!! They have an awesome kickback program for free alcohol and food from 5 to 730 PM daily and they also provide free breakfast with your stay. Terrible Drury. Chaotic. Disorganised. Employees and management argue with guests. Night manager goes out of his way to be disagreeable. The Kickback food SUCKs. Stopped here unexpectedly while traveling around Christmas. There was a snowstorm and the roads were getting bad, so we found this hotel in a pinch. They allowed us to bring our dog for a $40 fee, which was pretty reasonable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and tasty. We've stayed at other Drury Inn's before and we've always had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again if I was ever in the area. read more

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! For god's sake, head this warning! We stayed there one night and had BED BUG bites galore! I read a review that said they got bedbugs but unfortunately, I overlooked it. This is a warning to everybody, do not stay here! Both of us each got at least 25 bites on us. IN ONE SHORT NIGHT! I would just like to add that the staff is excellent and helpful and of course, I has nothing to do with this. This is a problem that has to be addressed by the general manager immediately. The carpeting is disgusting and needs to be completely ripped out and as far as the bedbug issue, they need to remove all mattresses and bedding and start over. Although they have a sign in the lobby that masks are required, the front desk staff did not wear a mask and did not ask guests to do so. We did not stay here because we did not feel comfortable. Masks work. And if you're too dumb to believe that, it's the drury policy and you should be following that. Public health is everyone's responsibility and I won't put my family's health at risk because the employees are ill informed or selfish, or both. read more

We spent two nights in a suite that was perfect for our needs traveling with our son who goes to bed a few hours before we do. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast selection & we were glad to see it opened at 6am since we rise early. Coffee tea & soda machine was available 24/7. We were very impressed with the nightly happy hour that offered a Complementary alcoholic beverage & a small but diverse buffet including a fresh salad & entree along with hot dogs & nachos. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed down for renovation but they offered for us to use the pear tree pool next door. We will definitely be back on our next visit to SE Missouri! read more

Let me start off by saying this place has the friendliest and helpful staff, BUT it also has BEDBUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE!! We stayed one night and noticed the bites on the drive home the next day. I should have known better and left immediatley when I saw the filthy stained carpeting in the room. I am not sure how they got such goood reviews, but I am thinking the good reviews must be from before they had the bedbug issue or it's from people who work there...IDK. Please take this waring seriously, these bedbug bites are the worst in many ways; itching, lingering and scarring (see the pictures I've posted of my legs with all the bedbug bites). I am sad that this happened and hope they correct the issue ASAP, so that this does not happen to any other guests. read more

My husband and i recently got married and decided to combine our honeymoon with a family trip. We booked months ago and called ahead to verify bringing our dog for the 3 day stay would be acceptable. Upon our arrival Sunday evening, we got settled in and turned the a/c down to as low as it could go. We left our dog (english bulldog) in the room for an hour to run and grab dinner when we returned our dog was gasping and wheezing for air. we realized the a/c wasn't cooling the room down. My husband went to the front desk and explained what had just happened and the front desk lady told him that the a/c are on motion sensors, he told her we had him caged to prevent any accidents and asked how we can override the thermostat to keep the a/c on for him she said there wasn't a way to do that. Being super upset we decided to just sleep on it and ask management the next day. Monday we woke up and headed down for breakfast while we waited for my family to come down i decided to go and speak with Leah the supervisor at the front desk, leah was very nice and offered us a different room at the other building owned by drury, the pear tree inn. We explained that we came out there for our honeymoon/family vacation and didn't really want to be separated because we had plans to hangout by the pool, etc. I also explained that for their own knowledge if the a/c is on motion sensors for every room that could become a liability on Drury inn if something were to happens to anyones animals or guests for that matter because the rooms then get so hot that could be a lawsuit waiting to happen. Leah went and grabbed the GM Loren R. and brought him to the front desk, when he got to the front desk he looked at my husband and i with a smirk and said what can i help you with? I said and you are? i saw his name tag and it said General Manager, I explained everything that i had just explained to Leah and he sat their smirking at me the whole time, he then said well since you're going to sue us you can go find another hotel. I told him i never said i'd sue you, im letting you know this can be a liability to the hotel, he chuckled and shrugged his shoulders like he could careless. He continued to amp up the situation with his behavior to the point where my husband got very upset, i asked who was above him because clearly we were getting no where with the arrogant, provoking attitude and he told me no one was above him, so i said okay so you own this hotel? he said no Drury inn owns this hotel and i asked for the corporate number, he sat there staring at me with a smirk and i was done talking with him so i redirected back to Leah and asked her for corporates number which she happily gave me. I called corporate and was informed that animals are not to be left alone in the rooms, not because they're concerned for the animals safety but because they're concerned the animals will cause damages. My husband and i were so upset with this whole situation we packed up and went to another hotel, we ended up leaving MO and returned home to WI cutting our trip short. Side note my family has been coming to Drury Inn, in Sikeston for well over 20+ years and i can assure you this will be the last time. Loren R. is a horrible representation of Drury Inn, he's provoking and has a chip on his shoulder. He lacks compassion and empathy and really has no business being a General Manager. It's unfortunate, this was always a family vacation that we looked forward to and now being married i wanted to start this tradition with my husband and it was ruined by poor customer service. Mind you had they told me when i called ahead and booked this hotel that my dog couldn't be left alone i would've booked else where to save this disaster from happening. It was also never brought to our attention that our dog couldn't be left alone until I called corporate and spoke them, no one at the front desk (4 front desk people on total including the "GM") made mention to us as any point that the animals weren't allowed to be left alone. read more

First time being here, I'm from stl. The front lady wasn't nice, she told us that our room would be available at 3, then when we got there, she told us we had to wait a few minutes. It's 4:42 as I'm posting this. Still waiting for my room. A young girl in her bathing suit shivering cold, asked why her key wasn't working, and the lady said she can't do anything about it since her mom isn't there, because she needs an ID. But in all reality, your key has your bank information on it, so she could have easily pulled the key, saw it was for "last name", it would have showed that it was in her moms name, and the young lady had her ID, so she could have easily seen the last names. read more

I will start by stating I am a hotel snob. I prefer 4 star hotels! But my recent trip to Chicago had us traveling home in an unexpected route so I didn't have time to research the route or hotels. We were tired and in a crunch to find a place so I saw this Drury inn had 5 stars and we took a chance. I was very impressed from the kindness of the receptionist to the cleanliness and comfiness of the bed. The bathroom was nicely tiled and attractive. No noise from other rooms. Quick check in. Dana is very friendly and knowledgable! Such a nice man! The rooms are quite outdated, and Mine felt pretty creepy, like an old, dark 70's joint. Cheap, tacky looking art, ugly carpet, tacky bed-ruffles. Three sheets, no comforter in my room. One bed in my room was comfortable, however this was the bed with no fitted sheet and yellow stains on the bedding so, I resigned myself to sleeping on the other, which had an old broken down mattress. The rooms have wall thermostats so temperature control was tricky, and with no blanket I was very uncomfortable. Overall, fine for a quick stop but only worth maybe $60-70 a night versus the $120 I paid. read more

We stopped on our way home from vacation. Check in was super easy and quick. The lady could tell we were tired and ready for bed. Security was great. Total gem!!! I found this place while taking a road trip with my daughter from Houston to Chicago. We stopped halfway and found this place. We stopped to eat based on the flying roll place down the street that was so famous. It was great but we walked into Drury Inn and realized that this place was feeding us dinner, breakfast and 2 glasses of adult beverages. They even had popcorn until 10pm made by an old fashioned popper! The room was clean, beds, linens and pillows were perfect! I am super picky about these things and was extremely pleased. The shower had the wall units with a good quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that smelled really good. I'm picky about quality of products. Overall this Drury Inn was the best hotel for the money I've stayed in. I'm a fan for life!!! read more

Our room had mosquitos, ants and spiders in it. Wouldn't stay again. Beds weren't very comfortable. Rooms outdated and a little musty. I was surprised to see the good comments here bc our experience wasn't the best. Pool closes at 10, my kids were disappointed in that as we didn't check in until 9:30 and it doesn't open until 9 am. We had to get on the road earlier. We asked for a room rate adjustment but the manager was busy with breakfast set up and they said they would call us about it. We shall see. They did say we could change rooms last night at about 11, but by then we were all tucked in bed. ***Addendum*** 3 hrs later on our journey down the road the manager DID call and take money off our room bill bc of the bugs. This is a new Drury Inn just off I55 in Miner Mo. Near Sikeston. It is next to the Pear Tree Inn which is also a Drury Hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Very customer oriented. They had a good evening snack meal, hot coffee and beverages plus popcorn. They also provided a free drink. Breakfast was hot with real eggs. You can see why Drury Inn is a leader in customer satisfaction. They gave us an AARP discount for the room read more
