Perfect for an overnight stay. Front desk staff friendly and welcoming and very fast check in. Hotel is on a hill so the views city side would be nice, I had a courtyard/pool view (which was closed at the time, beginning of October, no idea why). Room was large and comfortable. No restaurant on property but you can drive to decent places within minutes. Parking was okay but would likely get full during high season. Short and sweet.

One of the many bedspread stains. Maybe gum?

SO GROSS and smelled musty. Wow. I didn't have super high standards for this road trip, I just needed a place to sleep. But this was so bad that I had to call the front desk. Unfortunately, the maid had left for the day and there were no other rooms available. I was going to just leave (I was seriously nauseous looking around the room), but I'd been driving 12 hours already, it was nighttime, and the next nearest town was 2 more hours away. In contrast, I stayed in 4 other hotels on my road trip (Holiday Inn Express and similar) that were the same price as this "Quality" Inn, and had no issues with any of them. You can see the grossness in my pictures (and there was more I didn't capture). I was especially mad because the pictures the hotel put on Yelp make it look nice and clean. It technically has the same layout and colors, yes--but like, 50 years older. Those photos are completely inaccurate and misleading. It didn't look like that AT ALL.

If I had a choice of where to stay when in Needles, this wouldn't be the place to choose. The front desk clerk was very helpful and I felt bad for her, but as I was waiting in line to check in, multiple customers before me came back from going to their rooms with complaints of the rooms not being cleaned. I unfortunately had the same experience. She mentioned being short staffed on maids. When she was nice enough to switch rooms for me, the new room I was given had stains on the blankets/sheets, stains on the towels, stains on the wall, trash on the chair still, an unclean bathroom sink and just an uneasy feeling of a dirty room. I hope I don't wake up with bed bugs all over. There isn't anything quality about this Quality Inn. A visit from corporate is way passed due.

We recently stood her for four days with my family and booked the suite. Which is pretty much two rooms in one with three queen beds. Two TVs, His and Her sink and bath tub and toilet separate. Worked perfectly for my family, and there employees are super friendly and willing to help you with all your needs. Also kids loved swimming in the pool even after a long day on the river. Parking lot worked out fine to park my boat.

Looked good at first then noticed all the bugs in the room and crawling on us in bed......little black bugs everywhere

My SO woke up to tiny bugs crawling on his towel!!! Nasty!! The hotel KNEW about the bug issue and didnt say anything!

My SO stayed here on business. This is the WORST Hotel. Not only were there bugs crawling on him at night, bugs on the walls and the towels, the hotel 1. Told him that the other room options would be WORSE??? and 2. they REFUSED to issue him a refund. What. The. Heck!!!??? This has to be some sort of code violation! Do NOT stay at this hotel. Worst customer service and nastiest hotel. They knew there was a bug problem and they did not their customers aware if the situation before hand and did not offer any compensation. I am sick to my stomach thinking about this. I repeat. NEVER. STAY. HERE.

CLEANEST IN MIDDLE OF NO WHERE! **2016 YELP 100 CA CHALLENGE #4** Had to come out to Needles area for the hubby's smog check & we decided to spend the night out since we were gonna be driving out 2 hours.... just for a smog check... we thought might as well spend the night & explore somewhere we haven't been. I checked all night to find a decent rated hotel around the area & even looked in Laughlin, but the only decent hotel there was was Golden Nugget. Unfortunately they never answered their phone. Looked all around where the smog place was located on google maps & the most FAMILIAR name other than Motel 6 was QUALITY INN. I was a bit skeptical, as all i remember Quality Inn to be was where we used to have motel parties in when we were younger... All in all the lay out is similar to a motel, but they definitely remodeled & made it look clean & MODERN w/ all new paint of vibrant green & blue. The rooms even include a microwave & mini fridge which was AWESOME. I wish i remembered the name of the guy that helped us but he was freaken AMAZING, from when i called for availability to when he prepared the FREE breakfast that they offer!! everyday 6am to 9am WOOT WOOT. They had the BEST waffles that you make yourself fresh in the waffle maker. Fresh fruits & anything a breakfast would include from eggs to mini muffins & fresh fruits. We stayed there from the 1/816 so whoever was working that graveyard shift! THANK YOU! he definitely needs a bravo compared to the girl that seemed like she hated her life at work when we checked out.

    CLEAN - FRESH - NEW !!!

A little pricey for a chain. The night desk employee was great, pleasant, efficient. The room was fine.

Ask the Community - Quality Inn

Does the Quality Inn serve breakfast, and do they have facilities for handicap individuals; such as ground floor rooms?

Breakfast is served on quality inn side only, the roadway inn side does not have breakfast. There is ground floor rooms but I'm unsure about if they are wheel chair friendly

Just Visited the Avi for a fun summer getaway. Decided to book with the Avi again because majority…read moreof my family was staying there. However this time my experience was way better! Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. They have lots of new food options to choose from in the food court. As well as a movie theater, which we visited and was very nice! I would definitely recommend the avi & will be back again!

I chose this hotel because it was in a nice location, away from the heavy traffic, which was one of…read morethe few positives about our stay. The staff was hit or miss. Some employees were very friendly and helpful, while others weren't welcoming at all. Unfortunately, the rooms were terrible and clearly lacked proper cleaning. The room immediately gave me the heebie-jeebies. There were strands of hair all over the bathroom, the vents were caked with dust, the carpets were filthy, and the walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was also a strong odor in the room that management appeared to be trying to cover up with an overpowering deodorizer, but it only made the room more unpleasant. The sinks and toilets were dirty, the refrigerator barely stayed cold, and the air conditioner never cooled the room enough to be comfortable. The pool was dirty, overcrowded, and not enjoyable. The drinks were also extremely overpriced--$17 for a drink that definitely wasn't worth the cost. The casino was another disappointment. The amount of cigarette smoke combined with poor ventilation was overwhelming and gave me a headache. One experience that really concerned me involved my 10-year-old nephew. He hurt himself while we were at the pool, and when we asked a staff member for an alcohol pad, we were told they didn't have any. I couldn't understand how a hotel with a pool wouldn't have basic first-aid supplies readily available. After my brother found another employee, we were finally given two alcohol pads, but it shouldn't have taken that much effort. If it had just been my husband and me, we would have packed up and driven the four hours back home or found another hotel. Since we were traveling with our children, we decided to make the best of it. I ended up wiping down the room and bathroom with bleach wipes myself and told the kids to keep their shoes on the entire time because I didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the room. One final thing that made our stay uncomfortable was the number of stares we received for being Black. I can't say what anyone was thinking, but we had several moments that made us feel unwelcome. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment and nowhere near worth the price. Between the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, poor first-aid preparedness, uncomfortable atmosphere, and overall experience, I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Where do I even begin...?!…read more I arrived at the hotel around 10P, found a parking spot and walked to the front office only to find it locked, but with a "night window", which was fine. I rang the bell and a young man came out after a little bit. He had a friendly tone, but gave me a bit of a hassle, since the reservation was made under my supervisor's name, but with my name in the notes, which he didn't bother to check. After getting the key, an actual key with plastic tag, I walked upstairs to my room and was greeted with a stale smell in the room and a blast of hot air, hotter than the outside temperature. I was shocked at the size and cleanliness of the room, but I was here for work and would make it work. I immediately took the bedspread off the bed, as it had stains on the underside and who knows when the last time it had been cleaned. I turned on the AC unit, set it to 68° and it ran cold for a couple minutes, then shut off for a bit before coming on again for a couple minutes and going off. It repeated that cycle all night. To add to the noise, the Interstate is directly behind the building, the railroad track is a couple hundred yards in front of the building and a parade of transients strolled down Route 66 all night. The bed was stiff and all the springs in the mattress groaned every time I moved. The three pillows were nice, except one was completely flat, like an empty pillowcase, one was a plastic pillow and the other was just floppy. The sheets had holes and tears and were not fresh. The furniture was old, mismatched and didn't appear to be able to hold much weight. The microwave is too small to put a paper plate in and the refrigerator smelled like the previous person stored fish In it and left it after they departed. There was only one outlet that was usable and it was hiding beneath the "dresser". And then, there is the bathroom... The shower is tiny, with no lighting and the handle fell off upon touching it. In fact, I wasn't able to get the handle back on, so I left it on the ground. The floor of the shower hasn't been cleaned in a while, with dirt stains all over and rust covering the drain. The sink isn't anchored properly and has been recaulked a few times to keep it attached. The curtain covering the window was torn and the stick holding it up was broken, so it would fall whenever you tried to open or close the window. If you are trying to find a place on Route 66 that hasn't updated since before the Interstate was built, this is your place. If you are hoping for ANY nice amenities at all, look elsewhere. I searched high and low for bugs and thank god I didn't find any, but after looking at my pictures, you may be wondering if I just didn't see them on this visit. One more night here and I don't plan on EVER coming back!
