Decided to get away for the 4th weekend. Couldn't find any camp spots out where we live so looked up for something next to Colorado River. Found this gem. Sabrina was super helpful while I asked a ton of questions and she went over and above to help me make the reservations. Stayed in one of the kitchenettes. Had a great time sitting down at the beach. River water was super refreshing. Crazy busy on the River with jet skis, we enjoyed watching all of the River traffic!! Will definitely come back!! Had a super time!!! read more

Don't believe the hype - all these 5 star reviews are only what Yelp is showing. I cannot believe that those people are staying in the same park we are. A neighbor at the park told us the first day that they won't be back next year because of the noise - and wow, was she right! I am seriously saddened by the inability to sleep here. It's loud, loud, loud 24/7. Pressure washing next door until 11PM, an unbelievable amount of traffic including apparent drag racing and motorcycle clubs roaring through at all hours... Beware their 90 day cancellation policy and very long minimum stay requirement for monthly spots (they wanted 5 months, but we were able to book for "just" 3 months). We haven't been able to sleep since we got here and were told that we would lose our $200 deposit if we don't stay for months 2 and 3. That's with 3 weeks and 3 days notice! The only way to get somebody to stay here is to hold their money hostage, that's the truth. We won't be back, either. Check out the Google reviews before you put your money down. Better yet, stop by at 2am and check out the huge, incredibly bright, flashing sign on the building next door that nicely compliments the road noise. read more

The best thing I can say about this RV Park that is really a Trailer Park Is that it's clean. There is no beach access and the dock is broken. If you are an old snow bird you would fit in as 90% of the sites appear to be permanent residences, who have put up skirting and planted roots. Although it was not a priority as we were there to kayak on the River the WiFi and cable TV didn't work. Come to this place if you want to be treated badly by office personnel! You only need to make a reservation without a spot picked out because no matter what spot you reserve, they will move you at their will. We were part of 5 RV's with reserved spots. The signage identifying the park and name was gone, I assume from winds. So we all missed it and had to turn around and look up the place on maps. When we arrived not one of us were in the spots reserved with email confirmations, which the employee verified/suggested our RV would fit in at the time of making our reservation. We select our locations specifically tailored to our desires/needs. No dumpsters, group bathrooms, pools, no animal yards, etc. When we pulled in (within 1 hour of arrival time authorized to enter), our reserved spot was taken up with another rv and so we went to the office and were told we were moved to another locale because the office wanted us to be together a with the other rv'ers in our party. This new spot was directly across from the bathrooms and boat ramp and hardly big enough to fit my rv in. It took me several attempts to back in. I was offered to move to a spot where the pool would of been directly out our front door. Those were my only options. This park chewed on my wife about me speeding I really have a hard time believing that because I was pulling a 38 foot 5th wheel in a very small rv park trying to get back to the office so I was really watching so I wouldn't hit anything. Good Dammed thing I wasn't the one that went to the office, we would have probably left and take them to small claims court to get our money back! I really believe the spot we originally had was taken by someone that the park employees knew. This spot had shade trees and bigger area to accommodate larger RV's. This was why we selected this spot in the first place. If you have any friends come out for a BBQ or visit, this park charges you(or them) 5 dollars per person per day. To me, that's the same as lining their pockets with money from your friends/family I will NEVER stay at this park ever again and will do my best to warn anyone of the issues and rudeness of the employees. Nobody in our group was treated any differently either. I am going to try and get them all to do a yelp review as well. read more

Worst customer service ever. I called to book the RV site & the room for my family several times. This place never answer the phone. I had to leave message several times to talk to them. I asked few questions how to reserve RV site. The lady who answered the phone told me there are limit of 6 people at one RV site so I asked her that if I can reserve one RV site & the room (park model) since I have 8 adult & 2 toddler in my group. She explained me with very annoyed voice that there's rule 4 people maximum in park model at same time. I told her I understand that and we will be staying at RV site or near the river most of time. She repeated the same rules over and over again even after I understand their rule and just hung up the phone! WTH! After this horrible phone conversation, I don't even want to stay this place anymore. I found another RV site and book with them. read more

We've been going to Laughlin and Bullhead for years but never came across this amazing amazing spot. What a find! This is one of the finest maintained RV Resorts you will find anywhere. It is clear that the staff truly takes pride in keeping everything immaculate. Sabrina and Randy made our stay perfect. The location couldn't be better being just steps away from the Colorado River. Great location. Grounds are very well kept , bathrooms spotless. Stayed September 1, 2022. for 1 1/2 months in our class A RV site 21. No issues . Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Will be returning in the future. We are sure the addition will be wonderful once finished . read more

4th of July weekend WRISTBANDS! People shouldn't be in hospitality business if they dunno how to serve better to their "paying" guests. So we rented 2 cabins for 4 people on each cabin. Unfortunately not everyone came so is 3 in one cabin and 2 on the other for a total of 5 people and we paid for 8! (take note Mrs. Admin!) (keep the monies looks like you need it more than we do) So...3 of us just experienced a very rare rant from the Administrator in chief. (will omit her name but you know who you are! disgusting behavior and poor customer service) and she harassed us all day after we arrived. Harasser in chief! oh yes she did and we have video to prove it! Administrator gave us a red wristband which is permanent clip, and made out of a plastic, which under the sun can burn you. (yeap is called science 101 under a 113 degree weather! (dunno if anyone else was given a band, but she claims she had to all guests)(I saw many not having one)....so she literally stapled the wristbands on to our arms when we checked in. 3 of our guests were not present when we first arrived. She refused to give us their wristbands bc she wanted to see them in person and put them on! She demanded to see the other 3 guests in person and wanted to take pictures. ....after a while and not inside the premises the wristbands were very annoying and under the intense heat were burning a bit and since we were out of the premises we decide to take them off! and so it began!!!! ....later on that day after we came back decided to cook and eat at the clubhouse which as guests of 2 paid in full cabins have access to until 9 pm (which at the time of this very rare act of the ignoramus was at 2:30 pm).....so we started to cook. The Administrator showed up and started to go after us bc we were not wearing the wristbands. We had them on the side of the table clearly visible! but no she wants everyone to wear it on their wrist. We put them on and then she said we have to use them permanently and visible at all times if we are walking around the premises. (around the premises Yes! and no Mrs Admin you don't have come and knock at our cabin door and ask if we are wearing the bands)(yeap she came to our cabin to see if we were wearing the bands inside the place) WOW what a Gestapo mode she was in! So....Dear Admin and owner. Don't be mad a the people who don't understand your poor choices of hospitality management policies. Be a bit more modern and print badges maybe or cards for each guests and have them carry them in their pockets or around their necks if you provide the resources. Remember We are here enjoying and contributing to your business and instead you hire a gestapo like person to hunt down guests that don't see your wristband policy as the most adequate specially when you are not in the premises (maybe velcro?). I feel sorry for the lack of commitment towards your guests and the tenacious way of ruin perhaps many many memorable moments that as a vacationer don't want and have the time to deal with. good luck with your business im never coming back will make sure everyone knows about your senseless and ignorant way of running a hospitality business. btw....as a CEO of a large Medical Group HMO and owner of Radio Stations I deal with lots of injustices and not so nice people like you who always complains in life and so maybe just maybe you could be a bit more nicer with your guests next time and see how your business flourish. read more

This was a great place by the river, just south of Laughlin so no huge crowds! Loved it and will be coming back soon.

We have been staying here since mid June and we love it. RV spaces are very nice and fully equipped. A one minute stroll to the river. A beautiful clubhouse with a beautiful view of the river and the daily sunset. Everything here is kept very neat and clean thanks to Dave and Lori. They are great! read more

We were pleased with this RV park. Staff accomadating. Beautiful clubhouse. Impeccably clean throughout the property. Well kept gounds. Quiet. You can walk to the river and swim in an outlet on the river front. Sorry the August visitor was so very hot. The weather outside has nothing to do with the beautiful Oasis in a perfect location. Never should have been given a one for that!!! Will return again and again. Easy access to all shopping and Laughlin is a short drive to the Casinos!!! Great restaurants. Wishing there was 10 stars instead of just 5! This place was phenomenal!!! This was my second trip out here. Last year I looked for a place, that was clean, spacious and had some river access for our Rv. We have two boys so we needed to keep them busy! This was nonetheless the best place for them and our family. There is sooo much to do! We started off barbecuing, then headed to the river for a break, then back again to BBQ and then after soaked in the pool. This place is neat, well kept, and their bathroom and amenities are above expectation. Next year our friends will join us at this location ...they are done with the hotels across the river! If it wasn't for my GPS we would have driven right by and I wish I would have. There is no signage out front, probably for the best. As another reviewer stated river access is almost non existent. There was no hookup for the tv, needed an adapter that I didn't have, lots of nickel and dime fees that made this over priced and not a very good value. When it comes to dogs look out this place is NOT dog friendly, took my 2 Labs for a walk, being a responsible pet owner we always carry poop bags, while out walking my dogs I noticed a fresh poo by the horse shoe pit, my dog pooped and I picked it up. I then proceeded to go over to the office and let them know there was a fresh poo and that it wasn't from my dog, but there was no one in the office. We got back to RV and there was a knock on our door and this guy says are you going to pick up after your dog... You can probably see where this is going I told him the poo was already there but I will be the bigger person and pick up the poo, he then asked me how long we were staying, this was a total set up ! Thankfully we had only paid for one night, we have been camping with our dogs for almost 10 years and have NEVER been accused of not picking up after out pets, maybe they need to roll the video cameras back and see who the real "offender" was, Obviously we will never be back and I don't think they really care one way or another. Terrible customer service. The lady manager has so much to be desired. She takes no accountability nor makes one feel heard. We had no water for a day due to a main water break in Bullhead City. Not their fault, but to just ignore the fact that people were without water and to assume all the RV'ers there had they're tanks full is ignorant. She told us to "take it up with the City". They shut their office doors to take the weekend off, because that's "their only days off". I would never go back, and after hearing other stories about her, I wouldn't give them my money. The highway is 25 yards away, making it very noisy as well as very hot with no shade. read more

What an amazing place! We had a huge party, rented four models and a kitchenetter and have never had such an amazing time. Dave, the manager, was awesome!! We will certainly be returning there as a group every year and I will be returning on my own as often as I can. The facilities were clean, the Club House was perfect, everything was perfect. Best place to stay on the river!! Immaculate little hides on the river just out of the hustle and bustle of the busy casinos right across the river. Beautiful views and clubhouse access for all patrons. Just returned from a vacation here with about 20 ppl including kids and had the time of our lives. This is our second year coming here and we love it. This place is great for families, Dave and Lori keep all of the units immaculate. They are both very helpful land provide suggestions on where to rent water crafts. This year we invited my sister and her family as well as my mother in law and they were both impressed. This location was our first camping trip with our new 28'trailer. We visit the area often and we are just done staying in the hotels in the area that are not well kept. Our water toys are in storage directly across the street, so this location is extremely convenient. We stayed in a space right next to the pool. Never really heard outside noise or traffic . Maybe our trailer is insulated well. Very spacious and plenty of room for our slide outs. With this being our first camp site experience, I am really concerned about how disappointed I could be if I compare other locations to this fantastic place. The location for us is extraordinary as it allows us to camp, frolic on the beach, and also allows us to launch our boat and watercraft. It's a win win. The grounds are immaculate. The pool is very clean with a pebble tec plaster and a very new and clean cool-deck surface. The showers and bathrooms ... way better than most hotels. New tile and fixtures and impeccably clean. Did I mentioned they are air conditioned??? The beach was raked smooth daily and the groundskeeper really takes pride in keeping this property clean for guests. The clubhouse has amazing views and there is a boat dock and a nice lagoon to frolic in the water. I have to say that our visit here was as comfortable as a stay at the Four Seasons. The only thing I would change would be the temperature. (LOL) We hit 124 degrees during our stay. But that is to be expected, its the desert and we are camping in the summer. Still, we were able to keep cool in the water and enjoy ourselves as we do every summer out here. We are looking forward to many more trips to this location. read more

Please read if you care about anyone with a disability. Where to begin? Since Covid-19 my family has been lock in our home and wanted a safe place to retreat to for a get away. Because, my daughter suffers from severe anxiety and PTSd, the fear of covid hasn't helped. My sister has stayed at this resort every year for the last 5 years and loved it. So, she really wanted to get my daughter out of the home. I called the resort to book my week stay with my family of 6. We wanted the park unit because it. sleeps 4 and has a fully stocked kitchen. And we liked the fact it had a bbq to use. My son and his wife would get a smaller unit that sleeps 2, because we were told due to health and safety reasons, the units can't accommodate more than the unit sleeps. When I called to book I spoke to Sabrina, and I had to inform her that my daughter's service animal would be coming with us, this is the only thing required of us, by ADA laws when traveling with a service animal in hotel accomdations. I was immediately told that no pets allowed. I told her that this was against the ADA laws, that a service animal can go anywhere my daughter goes and is not a pet. She responded, "that she could refuse anyone" ! She told me she just had to kick out a vicious dog. I told her we would not be staying there and hung up. Shortly after, I received a call back from Sabrina stating she was wrong! there was a unit that service dogs can stay. AGAIN A UNIT! this again is discrimination, there can't be segregated units solely for service animals. Again, discrimination. I should have just stayed home, but I gave the resorts a chance because, they seemed to fix the wrong. We arrived late office was closed, keys were left in our units which I thought was great. We had a great evening and slept great. Unfortunately, around 3 the hottest part of the day, our unit AC wasn't cooling as good. I was just in my sons unit it was awesome in his room, called my sister hers was fabulous. So, I called Sabrina, I was told to turn ac down to no higher than 68, pipes were most likely frozen. I turned it completely off for an hour and turned it up to 70 and went to my sons room to have dinner. still wasn't cooling, we weren't able to sleep so we slept on the floor in my sons room. Next morning it seemed to be cool, by 3 hot again. Maintenance came out said coils were dirty and would clean them, ac wasn't getting good flow, again worked in early morning not late night. We were going on day 2 of no real relief in our unit. I was told by Sabrina Sharron the owner was on a boat for the day and wouldn't be in till Monday. Finally, asked to be moved. I was moved to a 2 person unit, due to availability. I had to get air mattresses for my daughter and her husband, owner didn't offer us anything for our troubles. The new unit was cheaper and didn't cost what I paid for the park unit. And to make matters worse ,very next day I see a ac guy fixing the unit next to my previous unit and they were getting a brand new unit put in the loft bedroom. That was never offered to us the day before when our room wasn't working for 2 days , I was told to turn it down. Now, I'm very confused by the treatment we received,I was very nice to Sabrina when I walked about AC, wasn't irritated until I saw other tenants getting the royal treatment. Was it the big mean service animal golden retriever?( he is a lover), my mind going everywhere, was it, the fact that we weren't all WHITE ?. All I know is we didn't get the same treatment. At this point, I wanted my original room with working ac, that had bed for all my family. Instead another couple got a upgrade, instead of offering it back to us. Than day 4, out of nowhere, asked for proof our animal was service. Again, isn't allowed by ADA law, we can be asked if he is service for a disability and what task he performs. Now, so you know he hasn't caused any issue. But, the first night he was on a leash and other dogs weren't and ran up and surrounded him , it was actually scary for my daughter. Two large dogs running out surrounding him. DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE RV, can run all over, no ? asked. Last day, right before check out Sabrina again approached my son in law, even after I went to her, had a nice educating chat with her and showed his tags and service card, only to educate her so the next guest doesn't have to deal with their ignorance. This time she was asking where my daughter was and why we kept switching rooms, She wanted to see where my daughter was. My daughter was sick from over heating and no ac that worked for 5 days, so her hubby was walking him to go to the bathroom, which is allowed. She is under the impression that she can control where the service animal goes. Again, they felt completely harassed and if you have anyone with a disability don't stay here, even if you don't bring them. They are extremely rude and ignorant about the rights of the disabled, and aren't educated of basic human rights. SAD. read more

Enjoyed this RV park very much! Very clean, nice gravel sites. Reasonably priced! Beautiful pool and jacuzzi! Great Colorado River access with a boat ramp and floating dock. River very clear and current moves rapidly! RV park set right on the Colorado River. Have a clubhouse and laundry. Close to Laughlin, NV, about 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay again, if we are in the area. Jet ski rentals everywhere in the city! read more

Great place, very friendly staff, they make you feel welcome, cleanest bathrooms I have ever been to, the pool can use some TLC but the owner said they just bought this place recently and they are going to refinish the pool soon and also create a beach area near the river.
