Have been staying here for a few days now. Staff is very friendly and very accommendating. Room was very clean when we checked in and was kept that way during whole stay. Breakfast is only on Saturday and Sunday but everything's fresh and good. Would say check them out and stay a night or more so you see how nice it is! read more

First of all this experience was extremely frustrating! My friend and I made reservations to stay for just a short while due to driving inconveniences. We spoke with the front desk people and informed them of our extremely early check-in so we wouldn't have to deal with cancellation fees. Upon arrival they did not notes in the system of our arrival time and we were charged. The front desk worker was extremely rude and unaccommodating! When we finally got into another room, keeping in mind we were charged again. The state of the room was absolutely disgusting! The curtains had stains of gross flaky substances all over them, there was hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. There was also dirty fingerprints all over the doors and mirrors. I was extremely disgusted but we didn't have a choice but to sleep here due to the fact we were only staying about an hour. I am extremely unhappy that the hotel did not take better care to clean and sanitize especially due to the "world pandemic" we are in! To top it all off when I called corporate office to put in a complaint the man I spoke with was quite rude and dismissive toward the end of the call! He said, and I quote " this is a one time courtesy" wtf??? If the room was disgusting in any other hotel I stayed out do I not deserve compensation for somebody else's laziness? Really makes me not want to stay at a conglomerate of this company! If there was zero stars I would've left zero! read more

Booked this motel for the rumble this weekend. Upon arriving man at front desk was extremely rude. I'm still trying to process the way he spoke to me. Since the rumble is being held within yards of motel I decided to check into my room even though I had a bad feeling after the interaction with employee. All I will say is wow! I can't believe they are able to charge the amount they do considering the place is a dump. Pool not even open, bed sheets and towels were stained and dirty. I immediately decided I was not going to stay and booked another room at a hotel near by. Do your research you do not want to stay at this motel. read more

I've stayed in great hotels, I've stayed at mediocre hotels, and then I stayed in this TERRIBLE hotel. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, our room 226, has mosquitos in it, the room smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes(which this is a smoke free in by the way) the fridge was leaking, toilet would not flush properly, My wife went to dry her hair and the hair dryer immediately started smoking and we had to quickly unplug it. The shower was absolutely disgusting and mold was growing along the trim. The toilet was clogged and after Informing the night manager, he handed us a plunger and told us to unclog it ourselves as the maintenance guy was done for the night (this was around 10:27pm). We walked around trying to kill the night as the hotel couldn't switch our room as they were all booked for the NHRA races they were happening this weekend as well. We walked around towards the pool just to see how it was as we saw a "recent" photo and it looked amazing to just sit by. The pool was absolutely disgusting! Summer just ended so there was no reason for the pool to be at the state it was in. All in all I would avoid this hotel like the plague. read more

Room very musky. The bar closed at 8 on a Sunday night even though the hotel said it closed at 10PM and there wasn't even a cook so no food. Asked for specials, they said 2 dollar tap, 3 dollar bottles. Asked for a Bud, Tap. Then I was told I don't want that cause it's "been acting funny" but still had to pay $3 for a bottle. I had just drivin 12 hours and I was really hungry so maybe I had more than an attitude than I should have. The two main reasons I chose that hotel was for the smoking rooms and the Champs connected. I checked in on Sunday, checking out on Saturday and they hit my card on Tuesday for the full amount due. Found that odd since I told them my company would be calling to put the room on their card. If I had to go back to Pottstown, I might stay there again...but I doubt it. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Photos shown for this hotel are false advertisement! They are in the process of remodeling but the hotel looks abandoned, in great disrepair, and the lobby smells strongly of mildew. There must have been a private party going on as there was very loud, thumping rap music playing from an area of the hotel. There was also sketchy looking people around the hotel and coming in and out of the lobby who did not appear to be staying there. We just cancelled seven rooms that our family booked here because after seeing all of this there was no way we were going to stay here. We based our reservations on the photos shown on their website so we were very upset to see this hotel in its current condition. We ended up staying a few miles away at the Comfort Inn & Suites which was very nice. Thank goodness they could accommodate our large group! read more

We were visiting for a family event, never having been to the area before. We picked this hotel based solely on price as we were only going to be there to sleep & assumed it would at least be OK for that! The outside is nothing special -- the entrance is on the side of the restaurant / bar and not easily seen from the street, but lots of signage. The grounds were well maintained and clean. Check in was a breeze -- everything was ready for us, including a small bag with water & snacks (nice touch!). Front desk person was friendly and welcoming. Our room was on the second floor. No elevator, but it's an easy walk up the stairs. Entrance to rooms is from the outside, which made me wonder about noise as we were close to a busy thoroughfare. The room was very clean, even under the bed (we looked) and looked like it had been remodeled or refreshed not too long ago. The bathroom was spotless! The shower head was a massaging head, great water pressure, consistent temperature. The shower curtain rod curved out in the middle, making the shower feel much larger. I had more room in that shower than the one at home! The bed was comfortable and, surprisingly, it was dead quiet all 4 nights we were there. Plenty of pillows, over 60 TV stations, flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator. The wifi was very strong and fast - no problems at all. There is an outdoor pool, which was closed (we were there in March), but the area looks nice. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast as we had plans with family, but it smelled great and looked extensive. Definitely the cleanest, friendliest Quality Inn we've stayed in. It was the icing on the cake of a great trip!! Check Tripadvisor for more reviews -- these reviews are old and not accurate. The power was out in many parts Eastern PA. No hotels were available in Bethlehem or Allentown. This place had rooms. We drove the 30 miles and were happy to have done so. The gal at the front desk was incredibly polite and helpful. Our room was clean and nice and, apart from the aging & worn bathroom, had clearly been renovated sometime recently. The beds were very comfortable and the heat kept us nice and toasty on a cold and stormy night. In the morning they offer a breakfast, but on this journey we opted to get up very early and get back on the road instead. Yes, it's a value hotel. Yes, it looks a bit worn on the outside. But for what it provided and the price, it earns 4 stars. read more

Stayed here on a whim while in the area, booked blindly with the Choice hotel app. Hotel was a bit worn the front entry looked like haunted house, but apparently under construction. The bar and restaurant was cavernous and no one was in there other than the bartender. The room was Ok, the bed was comfortable, but the curtain was coming off the track, toilet needs work and ran all night. The fan in the bathroom was incredibly loud and was on the same switch as the toilet light. Pool looked open, but full of leaves. All in all I'd stay again, but probably not recommend. Management should expedite their renovations and expand to the rooms and other public areas. I am not sure what happened to the entry but it is in bad shape! This hotel venue has improved so much over the years. I recently helped my sister with an event there and everything flowed so well. Quality Inn offers venue space and bar service but no food so it was ideal for my friend who was on a budget as she was able to make arrangements for her own food. Very attentive sales manager who came in to make sure they had everything they needed. We didn't feel rushed and everything was executed as contracted. Had to stay there 1 night bc flight cancellation & Holiday Inn Express was booked full. My kids and I all broke out with some rash from sleeping there. Cigarette smoke was seeping into our room from next door or ? Room was MUSTY and DINGY. Nothing like the online pictures. Entrance to hotel is incomplete!! Reading reviews, apparently it is in process for a year. Just indicative of the type of hotel it is. Foreign owners have low standards and this draws in many low grade/suspect guests. The place looks a little shabby on the outside. I think the bar in the front might be abandoned, it certainly looked so to me. Rooms look a lot better on the inside. Clean. Service is nice, staff is friendly. The breakfast was hot: sausage,eggs, etc. muffins, yogurt and juice(mostly prepacked food or processed food as one might expect.) Loud people around outside pretty late. cops were there the first night. People hanging around outside the rooms on the ground floor. Overall, I was not impressed even with the low price. This was a great room. I really enjoyed my stay here and actually sad that i don't want to leave. Thinking about staying one more night. The only thing that made me a little mad was the fact the neighbors had some kind of husky mix. It literally cried and whined every time they left. It was OK for the most part. I found this room by accident, I went to stay at the Americas Best Value in at first till I got there and I had to change my room several times. But that's a story for another day. I'm very disappointed in this place. My son was in town and needed a place to stay. We saw that they charged $71 per night, best price among the other hotels nearby and I had stayed there once before for New Years, so we stopped there. We asked for a Military discount since my son is a veteran and they said yes and happily told us it would be $129 for a 2 night stay! Great! He stayed 2 nights and we were billed close to $300. And got a big song and dance about it not being possible for that price no discounts because they were booked for the week....they could give me the manager's discount of $40 but that was all they could do. My husband, my Mom (77), and I had to stay her for four nights recently. We had a big snow storm that knocked our power, toilets, and heat out, and we called over 30 places in the area...all booked. We have two cats, so we had to find a "Pet friendly" room, as it was freezing and we couldn't leave them home....PECO said "No power for six days" We got there mid afternoon, and there were a bunch of people in pajamas smoking and yelling outside our room and on the pathway in general. They remained there the whole time we unpacked our car and a while after. The interior was decent enough...clean shower, okay beds, microwave, mini fridge, but the outside was a disgrace. There were hundreds of cigarette butts, trash everywhere, and apparently, they rent to work release prisoners and halfway houses, we found out later. The next morning the housekeeping kid knocked, my mom was sleeping, so I asked if we could just have a couple towels and some coffee. He was really nice and got me what I needed. Day two, I requested the same, and six hours later, my husband went to the lobby and got our stuff. Day three, no knock. I searched and found the kid. I asked if he was going to "Do", our room, he said he'd be back in a while. NO. I looked for him again, found a different guy, asked for essentials, was told "Supply closet locked" and that he'd bring it in a bit. NO. I went to lobby, got coffee and soap. At this point, we had about 20 towels piled in the tub ( Not including the ones I carried down to the laundry room myself!) Last day: no service, got to lobby, asked for supplies, and I was given huge attitude and questioned by some derelict about our bill (Which was prepaid four days in advance.) He asked what room, and I accidentally said 208 (When in reality, it was 108), he said "Nice try. You're in 108!" Okay, you got me, I'm here to bring towels to the people above me! Are you joking?!?! Then, I was told that I "Refused service", and when I said "That was only the first day", he said "No, it says right here (While referring to his imaginary notebook), that YOU SAID you did not want anything." Um...well just because I refused service the first day, doesn't mean I never want anything again! I was fuming . I'd like to add that when we priced this place online, it was a Friday (Weekend rates), we reserved more days Sunday (Weekday rates), we were informed the rated went up $70! When we asked why, the answer was "No rhyme or reason!" Here's your reason...price gouging! Every place in the area was booked, so they could. This place is a pit for crack heads and scumbags, and if it was all that was available in the future, I'd pee outside and burn my sofa for heat. read more

They have been renovating the front entrance for a long time. Receptionist Hope is awesome: sweet, courteous, quick, and smart. Also, Mike is quick to help. Breakfast is scrumptious: potatoes, eggs, sausage. People do seem to get more than their share and bring it to their rooms. Bed could use a few more puffy pillows. Will come back. We were booked for 4 nights. The last night we came back to find out we were bumped from our rooms and without notice. What a shit hole. The rooms smelled hideous and the area was shady as hell. The second we checked in the cops were walking around looking for someone. Even got asked if they could check our room before we went in. Ended up at the comfort Inn down the road. Worst hotel in PA...black mold in the banquet hall, front desk staff could care less about your comfort or the fact that you just walked in the door. "Renovated Rooms" still smell musky like your grandmothers basement. Six channels on the TV, and the bar/restaurant is never open or stocked! This place doesn't deserve even one star!! I have stayed an a lot of hotels. I really have a hard time believing some reviews of this place. First impression was this place was a dump. Do not stay in room 146. The only person that seemed to care was the front desk lady, Maureen. Reserved a room for a girls weekend to visit family and friends. When we got to our room, the room was dirty, stained blankets and sheets. Floor wasn't vacuumed. There's were leaves going from front door to the bathroom. Towels had this gray tint to them. Something sticky on table between beds, coffee grounds on ironing board and coffee tray that also had 1 regular coffee packet and several decaf packets. Dirty mirrors, hair in the sink, coffee stains on the tub, dirty toilet. And worst part of all black mold on the wall. We called front desk and requested to moved and was told they had no other rooms. Called other hotels/motels in the area and all were booked. Two women came to are room, they had attitude, while they did offer to re-clean the room it didn't change the fact there is mold on the wall! The pictures on google are very deceiving. The pictures on yelp are also. This place is like a rundown hooker motel. This place is an embarrassment to the chain that owns it. By far the worst place I never had to stay at since I found another CLEAN place to stay. Although an extra half hour away from Pottstown in Exton, Pay the extra money for a Marriott. read more

This hotel is my choice in Pottstown, PA. The next nearest hotel is the Comfort Inn, but they are typically overpriced compared to the Quality Inn. The Quality is a little older, but the staff is much nicer, the rooms are clean, and they have a nice bar. This is the place in Pottstown. read more
