What I was particularly impressed with was their ability to come up with creative solutions for the wiring of both the intercom and the elevator keypad. Some vendors we contacted were reluctant to bid on the project because of the challenges involved, especially with the elevator keypad installation. I have been having problems with my garage door remote control and all my keys (house and car) were sort of coming apart. I guess they were too loose on the round ring. Yesterday, around 10:45AM, got up and went there on a whim. I couldn't take the fact that every time I had to open my garage, it kept giving me problems. I had to get out of the car, and open the garage from inside. I tried to fix it myself by changing the battery and couldn't make it work. The keys are a whole other story. Mike (I guess he is the owner), took a good look at it and in a heartbeat found the issue with my garage opener and replaced it with a very different kind of a battery that is not sold in a lot of places. Then he took a look at my keys and took each key out of the ring.. one by one and put everything back together again. For the garage opener and putting back my keys, he only charged me $20.00. They accept cash and credit cards only. If and when I need to use them again, w/out any hesitation.. I will. They also specialize in: key duplication, installing and replacing locks, garage door opening, lock repair, key extraction & lockout services. I have recommended people to AMP before since my building has several owners who occasionally get locked out, but I've never once needed to reach out myself personally. Andrew, who is the manager, answered immediately, and then immediately got one of his two top locksmiths out within half an hour - this was after two other Locksmiths who boast excellent response time - Guardian Angel locksmith and FLAMMS Locksmith both in Sherman Oaks - refused and said that they were completely tied up... So much for compassion and loyalty. I got lucky and ended up with NICK who (despite me having a higher end lock that requires more effort than the usual), immediately opened it within two minutes. I know from experience that different locks can take upwards of an hour to crack depending on how complex they're created. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company, the price point was lower than Guardian Angel and FLAMMS, they were communicative, compassionate, and got the job done immediately. (And then...
