Not only did he make me wait until he finished his call but he didn't even do a good job for the $10 copy PER KEY. Had the pleasure of encountering one of your employees on the road today. This classy fellow drove on the wrong side of the road during peak traffic hours, went over 50 miles an hour in a residential area, then flipped me off like a completely psycho for simply driving the speed limit and obeying traffic laws such as yielding to oncoming traffic. The man explained it's $95 because even though it just has a plain black top and no fancy FOB buttons, there's a chip in it that has to be programmed for the new key. It was nice to feel like I wasn't being ripped off. I went in and the guy's brother, Gary, was immediately kind and helpful and was very certain to ensure it was programmed correctly. The good news. We got locked out of our house and when we called them, a locksmith arrived within 15 minutes. The bad news. For fixing a lock so that we could get in, the charge was $250, so, based on the time it took to do the work, they charge about $1,000 per hour. read more

The one time we got ahold of someone over the phone, whoever we spoke with was quite impatient, curt and abrasive. The price they charge for key FOB battery replacement is obscene. The employee that answered the phone didn't really ask questions and I was hesitant to go with them but it ended up being an excellent blind pick.
