I've waited to post this- you need to read this- DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH. I hired these people to fix a sticking Emtek door handle on my Iron door in Burbank. They came out, charged me $150. Several months later, same problem. I called them, again they charged me $150. This time the lady says there is a 6 month warranty. Mind you, I'm already $300 into this fiasco. At no time did they offer to refund me anything to put toward the repair or new lock. 3 months go by, and again the same problem. This time I call and speak again to this very rude lady, who instead of honoring the so called 6 month warranty decides not to send the tech and suggests I buy a new lock. Buy a new lock? What's the point of the warranty? What a joke. Why do these people even offer a warranty? I ended up opening the door handle myself. After a youtube video, I ordered an Emtek latch for $12, and fixed the problem. It's been good for over 1.5 years. $12 dollar fix from an amateur. Do yourself a favor and research the problem before calling these unethical people. While all this was going on, I hired them to fix the ignition in my moms Honda. Long story short- the guy came over, opened the ignition, scratched all the plastics, used black tape to re attach the steering column pieces, and broke the horn. I called many times to the office to have these incompetent people fix the horn. This angry/rude guy who called himself the manager, said the owner was in Israel and blew this problem completely off.
