Unfortunately, the final product didn't come close to matching what was promised or shown. The most noticeable issues: The three wooden posts for the swings are different heights and not evenly spaced, making the structure look off-balance and unprofessional. The stone used for the fire pit was not what we agreed on during the consultation. The blocks are poorly aligned with visible gaps, uneven stacking. One of the retaining blocks even has exposed foam adhesive, which is not a professional finish. To make things worse, the final build didn't match their mockup video shown during the consultation period. After the fact, I did more research and realized most of what they show online are CAD drawings or renderings--not actual completed projects. I should have done more research before agreeing to the build. I'm now left with a structure that does not meet expectations and will require additional work to correct. Unfortunately, when these issues were presented to the company the themed reply was what did the contract say? Which I only received a invoice. So make sure whatever is discussed with them is written down on paper and signed. Otherwise... I would not recommend this company due to their lack in workmanship, transparency, communication between partners, and follow-through.

My mother and her boyfriend hired Mr. Lewis to complete a concrete patio (to put a metal shed on)…read morefor them in 2024. Not only was it not done by code, but it eventually started to fail, as the soil was never tested properly. Causing them to have an astronomical amount of fixing that needs to be completed. (Well over $12,000 to repair just the foundation area), not including the cost to move the building and then move it back, it also started causing issues due to its sliding against their drain field, causing more damage... In the meantime they took him to court, as he has ignored all of it constantly and has not responded to anything they've requested and is avoiding what is owed to them. They did win in court, and are now stuck, as he will not do the right thing...just pay them what you owe and do the right thing. This is NOT how to conduct business. BEWARE if you do business with him. *Also, you're able to look up the court case for yourself and see the avoidance and disrespect, it is free to the public using e-court website.*
