Stay away! I brought my 2001 BMW 325xi to Ben for repairs. I asked him not to park my car close to other vehicles in the lot that might cause damage to my car. When I went to pick up my car there was damage to the passenger side mirror. Ben and his father, Mike, both denied responsibility, refused to pay for the repair and were rude and argumentative. Ben also forgot to reconnect the oil line that was disconnected for the job and refused to do so when it was brought to his attention. Ben also gave me a list of 3 parts needed for another repair. Thank goodness I didn't order the parts right away. When I went back to him, he said he made a mistake and two of the parts were not needed for the repair. Ben is very insecure and moody and has a temper, He is apparently still learning the business from his elderly father. I would never go back there again! read more

I should probably stop updating my reviews for this auto shop because they're never going to get less the 5 stars from me but this week they once again proved themselves to be the BEST. My best friend had taken her car in to get inspected and it failed the shop she took it to gave her an estimate of $3500 for all the repairs it needed. It's an older Nissan Xterra so we weren't surprised it needed work but I told her to take it to Mike's anyway because if nothing else she might be able to get the repairs done at a lower cost. We brought in the failed inspection sheet with the list of issues and their quoted price and left the car with Suni. My friend also asked them to change the oil as well since she was due. 3 hours later she got a call back from Suni, her car was done and the ONLY thing it needed was an oil change. The other shop had said her parking brake was broken and that she needed an expensive rear axle rebuild and seals replaced among other things. Mike's shop said NONE of that was true. Also that her car was running great for its age. So what started as a $3500 headache ended with being a $98 bill for an oil change, inspection (which they took care of for us even though they don't offer them.) and a couple bulbs replaced. I can't emphasize this enough if you like your car, your wallet and your peace of mind take your car to Mike's!!! I have been coming to mikes for 3 plus years now. I lived near by and decided to give them a try from the good reviews. I haven't went to anyone since ! As a female it's hard to find honest shops that do not try and take advantage of me thinking I will believe everything that they say. Since coming here I have met an incredible team. Sung , the office manager is incredible and I always can count on him. He will squeeze me in on busy days and get me out in a matter of an hour. I do not trust anyone else with my car. I have moved and it takes me longer to get here but I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are straight up and do not try and sell you anything extra. Or sell you what you don't need. I have had many things done to my car such as oil changes regularly, brakes , transmission fluid change and many more services. I will continue to come here until I can't. This is by far the best experience I have EVER had with a mechanic shop. The only regrets i have is that I didn't find them sooner and that I waited this only to write a review. I stopped by to get a leaking tire fixed and was really surprised by the service. First of all they didn't tell me to leave it all day and were actually trying to get me in and out as fast as possible. They were very thorough as they checked over the rest of my car (oil, etc.) while they were working on the tire. Also, it was affordable. The tire had a nail in it so they patched it and slapped it back on for $15. It's right off I-395 at exit 3 so it's relatively convenient. I'll definitely be back! read more

After my regular mechanic (of a little over a decade) stopped answering/returning my calls, I took to yelp to find a replacement and found this gem of a place. Thank you reviewers! My BMW A/C started blowing warm/hot air. After two visits to my regular mechanic, they still could not locate the problem. They could not find any leaks and recharged/refilled the unit (twice) only to have it empty within a day. I took it to Turnpike Auto (Mike and the other workers were great and very knowledgeable) and they found the issue quickly (the pump/hose had a leak) and ordered the part. It was very inexpensive and way cheaper than what the BMW dealer would've charged. I had it fixed by the next business day. A couple of months into it and my A/C is still blowing very cold air. This is my go to place. Mike is a honest and down to earth kind of guy. He'll always tell the truth about your car troubles even if it means he won't make as much. He's just as concerned about giving the best values as he is of the quality and workmanship that goes into the repairs. I've had factory repairs where the doors don't seem flush after they work on them but that never an issue here. Every bolt is placed back and everything is flush. You wouldn't know someone even worked on it. Honestly you don't even need car insurance if you bring your car here. He works on all types of cars: exotic to your everyday to your work vehicle. Both Mike and Sung explained everything and offered solutions for other work that I'll potentially need later. This time i only needed my front brakes & rotors done. But, just based on their integrity and customer service alone, they've earned my business going forward. My parts were ordered in advance. And, they were super quick and efficient getting the brake job done. They were finished in roughly an hour, while I waited, with a price that wasn't as scary as the Benz dealer's. When they give you a completion time estimate. They do their best to honor it. As I waited, I watched plenty of happy customers dropping off and picking up their cars.
