The staff was polite, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. I didn't have to wait long before a nail technician escorted me to the pedicure chair and began the service. In terms of customer service, I have no complaints--everyone was kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, the quality of the pedicure itself was extremely disappointing. I opted for the Cosmo Pedicure, which totaled $91 (receipt attached), and I also gave the technician a $20 cash tip. Less than 24 hours later--at 11:06 a.m. the following day--gel polish had already lifted from four of my toenails (photos included). For a premium pedicure costing over $100, I expected a significantly better result. To be clear, I'm not telling anyone to avoid this business altogether. I simply want to share my experience to help set realistic expectations. While the staff was friendly and the environment was pleasant, the actual pedicure service did not meet the standard I paid for. Great customer service--but a terrible pedicure.

It looked like a hole in the wall with tattered chairs, peeling and discolored paint and random patches on the wall. This should have been a clue to leave but I try not to judge a book by its cover. Besides i came because reviews were very good. Unfortunately i probably should have judged it more harshly. While the staff was pleasant overall. I was also dumbfounded by their limitations. Specifically I asked for a French manicure with a chrome line and they were not able to do a chrome line. So I went with her suggestion of just a glittery line as shown below. It wasn't great looking. The lines were crooked and a bit off from the picture but not horrible. The nails also took about 2.5 hours to do. But the kicker for me was the price. This was a French full set and it costs $98. With tip I paid $110. I've never in life paid that much for such a simple design. Usually I get services that are more elaborate and the cost is usually around $85-90. But given that this is often accompanied by fruit and wine (or water) and a beautiful atmosphere it seems more than worth it. While the staff was pleasant, the atmosphere horrible and the results were mediocre, so this is definitely not a place I would visit again.

During my pedicure I made sure to ask her name. I've seen her ever since, with recurring appointments every 3 weeks like clockwork. it's been 3 years. She's so thorough, knowledgeable and will explain anything to you about your nails that you wanna know. Don't like something? Tell her and she'll adjust. LOVE something and want her to keep doing it? Tell her and she'll accommodate. So, that God's manicurist wouldn't be lonely, he also loaned us his waxer. Her name is Angelie. I made the mistake of going to another salon months ago when Angelie was out to get my eyebrows done. Worst mistake ever! Now, I know to wait till she gets back. She's super sweet, thoughtful and she also knows her stuff! The rest of the staff is great as well! Some salons are really sticklers about having THEIR customers, but everyone here helps everyone out and I love it. As soon as I get in, they ask me if I want something to drink. If they get really busy and my feet are soaking a little longer than normal, any one of them will make sure to replace the water in the tub so my feet don't get cold. I LOVE this place and refuse to go anywhere else! If I were to give any constructive criticism (which has NOTHING to do with their services), it would be to have Rain disallow customers bringing in their children unless said child is also receiving a service. If they can't sit up front on their own, leave them at home. When I come for my nail appointment the last thing I want is someone's kid being loud and disruptive.

The vibe is laid back and relaxing with a bright interior. I'm usually able to walk in with little to no wait, which is always nice. I would come back in the future and recommend booking with Summer!
