I was a walk in with a short broken big toe nail. Did it cost $25 to add a bead of acrylic to my large toe to even out length? Was it more that a $20 up charge to add gel service to a to even out length? I'm not sure how we got to this $83 final price ...I didn't want to make a scene at the register so I paid but felt ripped off. My tech, the only man in a salon with 4 employees on Tuesday afternoon on the 14th of May only scrubbed 1 foot, when I asked about the other foot he just shook his head and continued service. I think the poor communication of price and the poor communication regarding needs during service left me feeling...pretty but unheard or worse; scammed. $83 for a gel pedicure with tip +one "nail fix" is that standard in Stafford? I arrived at 10am for a refill, nail design and pedicure. There were two other customers there as well. The lady began my pedicure and asked me to pick a color for my nails. I told her I wanted a design and she called the lady (first seat on your left when walking in) and she said she would do the design once my pedicure was done. Shortly after other customers started to arrive. So when my pedicure was done, she had already began working on someone else so another lady did my fill. The lady that did my nails told me the other lady would do my design once I she was done with my fill. So, I said ok. But that didn't happen. A few minutes before my fill was done, the lady that was supposed to take care of my design started on another customer. Needless to say, another lady was wasn't very experienced in designs and could not, although she tried, to do the design that I want'ed. So they asked me to wait on the lady who now was taking care of two people who came in together. By this time, it was almost 2pm. Yes, you heard right, 2pm!!! So, I changed my design request to something the one lady could accomplish. However, this doesn't take from the fact that I could have been out of there 2 hours earlier if the lady would have kept her word to do design.They really need to do better. If you tell someone you are going to do their design once their pedicure is done, then do it!!!! Extremely poor performance and customer service. read more

What can I say, this place is THE BEST in Stafford hands down! As I have moved down to Stafford I struggled to find a nail shop that met my expectations. And I no longer wanted to spend my weekends driving up North to other salons. I was hesitant at first due to old reviews but I'm so glad I took a leap of faith . I called when they first opened , which is nice that they open earlier then most shops for us early birds. They were able to fit my daughter and I in right away for two full sets. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and even asked if we wanted a beverage. The shop was clean, refreshing , up to date and very cute! Lena was my tech and she was a sweet heart! You can tell that she has been doing nails for years and does not miss any steps. I showed her a image from Pinterest and she replicated the nails perfectly and with such ease. She was polite and attentive the whole time and really made me feel appreciated as a customer. My daughters nail tech (a man who we didn't get his name) was also very nice and gave her exactly what she wanted. The price for both gel sets with designs and shaping were lower then all other shops around. Although I did pay with card it did look as if they took venmo and cash app(but not sure). I'm sure as soon as the word gets around that it's under new management and amazing that it will blow up! This place is a hidden gem and exactly the type of nail salon we need around here. I went after seeing good reviews. I got there and was sat with a man which is fine but this man could not do a good acrylic bead at all. It was runny when he was applying it to my nail and it was bumpy when it dried down. When he was filing my nails, one nail was literally slanted and eventually a lady had to come over and do it. They cut my cuticles to where they were bleeding, and now it's only been 3 days having these acrylics on and they are already lifting at the back. And when checking out I was told 50$ and when I looked at my bank I was charged 60$. Will not return here. read more

After previous great pedicures at this locations I return .... sadly my normal tech wasn't available and although the lady was nice .... she did the wrong service... didn't even scrub my feet and when I asked if she was going to scrub my feet she said "I already did" and proceeded to point to the DRY scrub ... bc I would at some point like to return to my normal lady I paid for the so called "happy foot service" - moral of the story make sure the tech is clear on the service make sure u ask for the pedicure with a foot scrub .... read more

I honestly was fairly impressed. I've been getting my nails done on and off for the past 10 years. It's been awhile (aside from my regular place in California) I was able to go somewhere feel very comfortable and get a full set to my specifications. I'm a very picky customer and rarely am I content with the service I receive so giving this place a decent amount of stars is rare. When you walk in it is clean, organized and does not wreak of acrylic and nail polish. You are greeted kindly and attended to immediately. My only; I wouldn't necessarily say complaint more like an unfortunate circumstance I walked into, was they only had a few people working at the time I walked in so they got randomly backed up after I sat down for a fill. First time going and went to relax with a pedicure. The nail tech was painfully digging into my nails and said that I had an ingrown toenail that he was getting... One of my main issues with these nail salons is you never know what you're going to be pay at the end. I went in for a refil w/gel. Their price is $35. They rang me up for $37 I believe so I asked about a pedicure. I was told $30 so I figured I'd treat myself. Went to pay and was told $92! Last time I check 35+30=65! And of course now all of a sudden nobody understands English. Not to mention the young woman who did my nails ended up doing someone else's pedicure which I was grateful for because she was not friendly AT ALL. While doing my nails she answered the business line and I heard her say "she doesn't speak English can I help you?" Well, then she realized it was one of her OWN clients and laughed and said "it's me." And then while she was preparing for the next person's pedicure AND while doing it, walked around on Facetime, talking and laughing with someone WHILE she was working. BEYOND unprofessional. This is a common with a lot of these nail salon. I will NOT be back and will let anyone who ask about them not to go!!!!! read more

They're ok. My friend and I went in for mani and pedi. The owner was rushing and working on both of our pedicures at the same time. Didn't get a very relaxed and quality pedi because of this. The gel manicure was alright, the color and gel was applied unevenly and didn't look great. Went to a different salon to get them redone. I won't be going back. Only positive was the owner was nice.
