I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. He uses top end materials that will last the longest and perform the best. We had our old chimney stuccoed and fixed, new attic fan, gable vents installed, house roof (w/ridge vent), deck roof, entrance roof and shed roof (also w/ridge vent) done in a very timely manner (the main roofs were all done in 1 day!). My wife and I both agree that Jeff Cabrera is the nicest, most caring person we've ever hired for work on our house. I called a very popular roofer in the area for an estimate and had the worst experience. He left his car running, looked at the roof from the ground, and said "you need a whole new roof", and left.
