For example, one of their technicians found the leak in the wall where a plumber could not. Another technician in the middle of a sweltering summer night came out and determined that the compressor was not coming back from the dead, went to his home and came back with a compatible compressor and installed it as a temporary replacement until the next day when he could go to a warehouse and replace the compressor with a new compressor at no cost because it was under warranty.

The cost for repairs was decent, and they also made sure to let me know about other possible issues to fix but only if I felt it was necessary.
