After the technician worked on the cooler and left the cooler was still not working. We called back and the owner sent two technicians who worked inside the cooler for a while who promised our cooler would be cold now. The next morning we came in and everything in the cooler was frozen. The thermostat in the cooler was set at 20 degrees not the 38 degrees we told them it needed to be. There was ice in the flower buckets and all the flowers were frozen. (please see just a few of the photos attached) We contacted the owner and he sent another technician who was confused and in denial of the situation . At that time we gave him the invoices for all the dead flowers that we purchased the day before. The owner called and refused to accept any responsibly for the damage that his employees caused. Instead, he accused our staff of changing the thermostat setting. We had no choice but to call another company who fixed the problem immediately and said that the prior technicians had zero clue what they were doing, Please think twice before you hire this company. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and DO NOT stand behind their work.

They charge $79 diagnostic fee that can be applied toward the repair. I booked online for an appointment the next day! It was very easy and received an email confirmation. Rob came out within the two hour window as quoted. Very personable, knowledgeable and wore a mask. He quickly got to work and diagnosed the problem as a bad heating element. He had the part in his car so after a fair price he got to work fixing our dryer. Excellent service from him and his coworker Moriel (not sure on spelling), completed the job quickly and also left the place tidy. Highly recommended!! Neighbors recommended Ultimate, it was in our BBB book as a 5 yr. recommended business. I checked the 5 five star Yelp, google, Angi and Next Door reviews, I called at 10 AM and RJ arrived at 6 PM. RJ was personable, professional and very neat. I was happy he showed up when he said he would and solved the issue. He assessed our appliance and diagnosed a faulty compressor. Repairs were 1/3 of the price of a new refrigerator, we all felt it was a worthwhile repair. On line, I checked Home Depot and a local appliance shop, his pricing was accurate. The refrigerator is now 2x the price we paid 4 yrs. ago. When scheduling the appointment, I received a confirmation email. I was asked to text a picture of the model & serial number from the appliance in advance. RJ came with all the parts & equipment needed to do the repair. He spent 2 1/2 hours replacing , soldering & cleaning out the lines. He accepted credit cards & we received an email receipt. RJ left his card & told us not to fill the frig for 24 hours. RJ followed up with us the following day. He believes the service contract companies aren't worthwhile as they don't hire quality technicians. As wonderful as RJ & Ultimate were, I hope I won't see them for many more years!
